Experience description:

The experience began with me floating about  20 ft. above the ground. But, I was not in the hospital, or at the site of the car accident. I was in a rainforest setting. I was looking down at a man on the ground, he was a soldier with multiple bullet wounds, he was dying. I knew that this soldier was me. Me in another life. This was very distressing. Then I heard someone say, don't be afraid, you have died many times before." I suddenly became calm, but very sad. Suddenly, I was standing on a grassy hill, to my right was Winchester Cathedral in Winchester England. My mother was English, and I had visited the Cathedral as a child. But, I was not looking at the Cathedral, I was looking up the street. Several years later, my uncle told me that where I was looking was the funeral home where my grandmother was prepared for burial. While I was in coma, my mother would hold my hand. Of the multiple rings that she wore, I would always unconsciously fiddle with her mother's wedding ring. Years later, a psychic told me that he believed that Winchester Cathedral was my grandmother communicating to me that there IS a higher power. This was a concept that I was not convinced of at that time. This experience led me to spiritual study and investigation that continues to this day.
