Experience description:

I was in space, designing my body of what I wanted it to look like on earth. My body was floating and my hands were out. It looked like designing an avatar for a game. At first I saw my body as a whole, and then it zoomed in on my hands. I remember growing out my fingers for how long I wanted each of them to be. When growing them out, I couldn’t go shorter or longer than certain points. It had to stay in a 'range'. There were no clothes on my body but I don’t really remember focusing on anything other than my hands.Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?      No     

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?          No     

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event? No     

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?    Very conscious. I see it as I would with any other memory.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?  Kind of. The way I saw it was kind of like how I would see things in dreams, except I could remember everything better

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?   Yes    I was just a small orb compared to this giant body I was designing. However, it was first person. I just knew I was small

What emotions did you feel during the experience?          Neutral

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?         No sounds at all

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?         No     

Did you see a light?        No     

Did you meet or see any other beings?         No     

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state?         Uncertain    

Honestly while designing my body it just felt like I knew what I was doing. There was nobody there 'teaching' me, I had all the knowledge on how to do it. As if I had done this many times before

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No     

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different? Uncertain     I didn’t touch anything, but while growing my fingers out, I sort of 'hovered' my non existent fingers growing out my future fingers for earth. If that makes sense?

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  Yes    I was just in the moment, there really wasn’t 'time'. I didn’t have to worry about how much time was left or anything

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?         Yes    I pretty much just knew what I was doing. And I knew what was coming.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?           No     

Did you become aware of future events?      Yes    Just on how I would look on earth.

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?   It gives me a different view on life. Like I know I’m not just an earth being, I know I’m also a spirit and the earth me is so temporary.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? No     

Have you shared this experience with others?       Yes          They just tell me it’s interesting, because it’s a very unique story

What emotions did you experience following your experience? None, just glad I have more knowledge

What was the best and worst part of your experience?     It was really fun designing myself. It felt nice having somewhat of a choice. It’s crazy too because I love the way I look on earth.
