I was in my parents back garden and I got this really strange sensation in my body it was not a nice one. Felt like I had no control over what was happening.

Then my body turned on its side so I was facing the ground in a horizontal position at that point I felt myself leave my body. I felt much lighter and kind of floated into the sky. It was a wonderful sensation, I felt free. After that I was able to do the obe anytime or anyplace. Once in my dream I told my sister that my soul could leave my body. I showed her and she watched me. When my soul returned back into my body I asked her what my soul looked like while floating in the sky she said it was a light. Very strange dream but one that felt very real, especially the sensation in my body just before my "soul" left my body.

It was a sensation that made me feel ill as if the energy around me was being moved. It felt like a sensation I once had while I got an energy rebalancing done from a reiki healer, without actually touching my body she moved the energy around me. It made me feel sick and I nearly fainted, she had to stop doing the reiki and was concerned because she said I looked very pale. I almost got sick with the sensation. That sensation was the same as the one I had in my dream. But as I done many OBE in my dream the horrible sensation did not feel as bad the more I done.

I did have a few alcoholic drinks before bed, but I was not very drunk just merry.

It felt very real and the sensation of leaving my body was a strange feeling in my head. But I left my body in a dream and the dream setting was in my parents back garden and I floated to a height and could see all the neighbors gardens. So although I know the obe did not happen in the bedroom where I was sleeping but it was so real. In this dream I knew it was my soul that was leaving my body and I asked my sister what I looked like out of my body she said I looked like a light and she could see the light floating in the sky.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   Yes it was a dream. I did not know I was dreaming in the dream but it was a dream but it was because I was staying in a country hotel in bed when it happened and in the dream I was back in my childhood home out the back garden.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            At first out of control emotions then as I was floating/flying I felt great

No but my sister did see me leaving my body in the dream and in the dream she said I looked like a light out of my body.
