Sephult's Experience
|
Experience description:
The night
started out with me an a friend coming home from a baseball game I played in. We
were in middle school still, and fairly young. I cannot remember exactly what
year it was though. The night started out when we had returned, and my dad was a
little shaken up. He had mentioned that he was scared, because when he let the
dog out, the woods behind our house shot light straight up in the sky. Any
associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the
experience? No.
Was the
kind of experience difficult to express in words?
No. At the
time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?
Uncertain. Paranormal
in a sense. Life threatening I am uncertain. Very frightened. What was
your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?
I was younger, no medication was
involved, I was completely awake
Was the experience dream like
in any way? No, completely
real Did you
experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?
Yes. What
emotions did you feel during the experience?
I felt like myself, even being
whatever it was. Somewhat more of myself in a sense Did you
hear any unusual sounds or noises?
Yes, the Hello was completely unreal. I am a musician, and I can put it into
terms of how to reproduce the sound. It was a chorusy, tremolo sound. Similar to
some form of cat, almost purring the word hello. When I was running at myself, I
could hear the wind on my ears LOCATION
DESCRIPTION: Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations familiar
from religious teachings ie. Heaven, Hell, Hades, etc.? Did you encounter any
locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?
Yes The creature, or whatever it
was. Nothing else was dreamlike in any sense. Frighteningly real Did you
see a light? No.
Did you
meet or see any other beings?
Yes. The voice was located more
to the left of the woods we were looking at, I came from the right, but there
was enough time between the voice and my OBE to have moved there. I believe it
was myself in another form. Sounds a bit silly, but in a spiritual sense, beyond
any religious beliefs. Did
you experiment while out body or in another altered state? For example did you
attempt to visit a family member or friend at another location? Did you
eyewitness an event that you would not have known about had you not been out of
body? Did you attempt to move a physical object while in the astral/etheric
universe?
No Did you
observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that
could be verified later?
No. Did you
notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?
Yes. I could hear clear as
day. I could see clear. My vision was just as good, slightly blurrier at first
when approaching myself, but became clear after a couple steps, and the light
became out of focus Did you
have any sense of altered space or time?
No. Did you
have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?
Yes. I felt that it was
me. Strangely that was one of the main feelings I still feel that bothers me a
lot. Did you
reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?
No. Did you
become aware of future events?
No. Were you
involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?
Uncertain. I just remember seeing
myself run at my human body, and I think my friend got frightened, and pulled me
off my chair. Did you
have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you
did not have prior to the experience?
No. Did you
have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?
No. How has
the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices
etc.? Career choices? No
affect, I ignore the fact that it happened sometimes. Have you
shared this experience with others?
Yes. My G/F thinks that is really
bizarre, that is why I am searching some material relating to subject. I am not
sure if it an influencing matter in any way. What
emotions did you experience following your experience?
Fear, Chills, What was
the best and worst part of your experience?
Even though I felt fear, I wasn't
afraid. I almost wish that I had not been pulled away by my friend. I think that
is what invoke the fear. Is there
anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?
Very paranormal, I guess I am
looking for some other cases I know it
sounds like an alien encounter, I am not one to believe in all of the UFO
sightings and abductions. I am also not a religious person, and I somewhat see
it as a demon of some sort. In shape, although I haven't seen it. Sounds weird,
and crazy to explain, but completely truthful in my word. Has
your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? No.
Following
the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or
substances which reproduced any part of the experience?
Yes. I have had drug induced OBE
before, nothing can compare to this. Even the most extreme OBE I have had. Did the
questions asked and information you provided accurately and comprehensively
describe your experience?
Yes. Yes, I again I have just been searching for similar OBE, or experiences. I
have only found Dreamstate OBE, or drug induced OBE.
Being curious, my friend and I decided to sit on the back deck and be nosey. I
had a pair of binoculars, and was looking in the sky, and noticed that I had
seen a star that was making triangle shapes in the sky. I had my friend verify
it. We were very relaxed at the time, and we were not afraid of anything. I
remember it just as clear as if it would happen 5 mins ago.
I lifted the binoculars trying to find the triangle again. A voice from the
woods on the left side, said in a very frightening , but friendly tone.
H-e-l-l-o. It sounded very chorusy, almost like a cat purring the word Hello.
The next thing I knew, I looked straight out in the woods, and I had an OBE. I
saw the lights from the back porch, I was about 100-150 feet away from the house
looking at me and my friend. The feeling still stays with me. I felt like I was
the thing in the woods.
In a sense, I knew it wasn't my physical being that I had grown up with, but
still felt like it was me. I had no control over my self. I saw myself slowly
moving towards us, increasing in speed until I was flying fast. I was looking
straight at myself. Next thing I knew, my friend grab me by my arm, I got
extremely frightened, and we ran in the back door and armed ourselves. I
seriously don't think that it was going to harm us, I have a feeling that it was
there for me.
The whole week after that, the sky remained in a hazy, blood red to reddish
brown color. To this day, even thinking about it disturbs me, like it happens
all over again.
