Ruth's Experience
|
Experience description:
About 5 hours after
waking up from my surgery I was fading in and out of sleep. I, all of the
sudden started going out of my body...almost in a different state. I was going
in and out and found the where with all to push the button for the nurse. Come
to find out, a clip came loose and I was leaking a bunch of fluid. Had it gone
too much longer, I would have died. My deceased grandmother pushed me back. I
had the thought I could not leave my son, he was 15 at the time. He and I were
alone together for several years and I totally knew it was not my time. The
interesting thing was that when I pushed the button for the nurse, she came and
sat with me, even though she was going off shift. She stayed for me. When I
was in the hospital for another surgery, she came to my room even though I was
not my nurse. I think I was there for her as much as she was there for me.
Since then, I have had
a totally different attitude. I have become very spiritual...not necessarily
religious, just spiritual. I have had a lot of OBEs and have become very
spiritual. I am a CPA and I have had a need to do something for my community
and help other people. In fact, I have connected with so many people that are
healers. It seems like they need me to be in their lives.
