Rosalie H's Experience
|
Experience description:
My
experience always happened when I was a child, probably 8 years old, and it was
always reoccurring. I would see this brighter than any bright ball of light and
it was always hovering at the door. I would leave my body and see my body and my
sister in her bed and I was really afraid of it. I remember feeling a pull to
the light and trying to fight reaching it, and every single time I would reach
it, I would feel myself race back to my body, causing me to jolt out of bed.
This continued to happen until I told someone, then never again. I've been
thinking about it lately and trying to will it to happen, but no luck. The part
of me that always made me skeptical of this, is that I would always hear water
running, like the sound of the bath tub, and that was what would lure me to the
door, because it was as if something was wrong with the water being on and a
need to turn it off, but I wasn't able to ever get to it because the light would
stop me. Every time I'd touch the light, it was like a forceful energy.
Terrified me at the time, but I wish I could experience that again now that I am
older, I'd experiment a bit.
Did
you have any sense of altered space or time?
No
Did
you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience
that you did not have prior to the experience?
Yes I tend to have dreams that come true. Dreamt of a helicopter. Woke
up--30 minutes later there was a helicopter on the street directly behind my
house. I will think of a phrase all week and then I will hear it said at church.
I see things before they happen. Once I was driving behind a truck with a bunch
of mirrors and I could picture them coming at me, so I slowed down, and then at
that moment the mirrors fell out of the truck toward me, thank God I slowed down
because it would have went through my windshield. I also had a premonition of
someones pet dying and that day I went to work and coworkers pet had died. Yes,
I had the dream I won the lottery--so I played the numbers I dreamed-- I should
have played my normal numbers because my normal numbers came up, and I wanted to
save a dollar at 18 years old!
