EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
This happened when I was approximately 3-4 years old, before kindergarten but
after moving into our house in Brentwood (moved there at 2 1/2). I had a dream
about a place and for some reason I knew it was before I was born. It was kind
of a dark square room but all blue and had benches all around on all the walls.
I don't recall seeing supports for the benches but they abutted the walls at a
90 degree angle. I was sitting and there were other people but not actual
people, whitish outlines of people without features or sex organs or clothes,
people shaped white outlines, almost like drawings but living. The closest image
I have of how it looked is if you look at a blueprint, where the background is
darkish blue and the drawings are in white. We were waiting, some sitting and
some standing. I knew we were waiting for something. I saw these 'outline
people' get up one by one at intervals and leave the room through a white light
doorway. There was no door, just a doorway and it was lighter beyond the
doorway. There was no particular order and no one was calling them, they just
knew when to get up and go. It wasn't a long dream, only a couple of people went
out the white doorway. For some reason, at that age with limited understanding
of religion or life, I knew it was the place I was before I was born and that I
had been sitting waiting to be born. I don't actually recall going out the
doorway myself.
