Experience description:

I was covering  my son. Only I couldn't move the covers. You see his baby bed was in my bedroom. And as I turned to go back to bed I noticed MY BODY WAS STILL IN BED I could not understand this, but continued to go towards the bed. At that time I noticed this figure in the doorway of the bedroom. He or she was dressed in clothes like Jesus wore except I could not see the face it was as though the hood was shadowing the face. I know the figure communicated with me but not in words. It was more understanding. At the time I had extreme fear. I stood beside the bed next to my body. After the figure communicated for me to return to my body I remember sitting on my body and then lying down on it. At this point I awoke and continued to have that fear.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   no

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes     I couldn't she myself that was walking around

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            EXTREME FEAR

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?            Yes     It was my bedroom

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes     it communicated in the doorway of my bedroom. I did not know him or her Instructions

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?          Yes     I had fear and confusion

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       Yes     it was as if it told me to return to my body it was too soon to leave

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         Yes     I began to see colors around people. And feel emotions from strangers without even speaking to them

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes     I no longer fear death

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       It had a profound difference in my career choice. It had lot to do with me choosing nursing. I also knew after the experience there is an after life.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      The person that I am every thing that makes me who I am will live on. The worse thing was not seeing the face of the figure

Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?         Yes     My father-in-law was dying of lung cancer. My husband had left to be with his family. I couldn't go I had to arrange for a baby sitter for my 4 children's I was to meet my husband after I had found someone. That night I went to bed .I woke up around 3:00 a.m.  I was in the living room And I noticed I had that same felling as before. So I went to check on my children as I went to my kids rooms I saw A man that went to each one of my children and kissed them. Only this time I could she the face. It was as before an understanding He told them He loved them. After he had seen the last child I awoke. The phone was ringing it was my husband his father had passed away at 3:00 a.m.  At the viewing as I approached the casket I was floored the man that was lying there was the man I had seen in my children's rooms.
