Michle's Experience
|
Experience description:
First experience: I was
on the way to Lyon, I was driving on the A7 highway and all at once, I didn't
feel my body anymore, and I felt myself leaving to the right, outside of my car
in a very bright tunnel. All this happened very fast, it was pleasant. I was
aware about what happened and stopped on the emergency lane. I was lucky to come
back to reality fast. I went to the next highway station where I took some rest.
Second experience: I
was in Lyon with my mother. I went for shopping in the neighboring mini market
and wanted to get back to my car on the parking, when I was dazzled by an
immense white light, almost golden. I couldn't walk straight anymore and was
wobbling as if I was drunk (I don't drink). I had the feeling like falling and I
didn't want to fall down, as I was thinking about my mother who needed me, as
all other family members had left for vacation. I made an effort to join my car,
sat down, drank some water, and got back to the family home. When my mothers
nurse came, she wanted me to inform my brother in law who is a doctor, and he
called an ambulance for me. I was admitted to the hospital where tests have been
performed. Nothing special was found.
The beauty and softness
that you see are unique, no words to describe them... Nobody can understand it.
In the second
experience, not really, it was as if the real world disappeared completely and I
was entering this immense brightness, like being sucked into another world.
It was not the world of
the daily life, even the most beautiful part.
- let myself leave
towards this elsewhere
-
make
the effort to go back, back to life and its obligations
What could a national
organization with an interest in near death experience (NDE) do that would be of
interest to you?
Involve the doctors
more, so that following those experiences, they will investigate deeper. I know
that I'm twice on borrowed time....
I'm convinced that in
my case it was rather a physiological distress, than a divine intervention.
At the time of
your experience was there an associated life-threatening event?
Uncertain difficult to
answer this question : extreme tiredness or heart problem ?
Was the
experience difficult to express in words?
Yes This experience
was fascinating and enchanting, it would have been enough to let yourself being
taken away, how to explain?
At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of
consciousness and alertness?
In both
cases, for sure when I made the effort to break the spell to come back to life.
How did your
highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to
your normal everyday consciousness and alertness?
More consciousness and
alertness than normal I was entirely focused upon what I discovered, totally
involved, more so as when I was reading, reflected, translated a text.
Please compare
your vision during the experience to your everyday vision that you had
immediately prior to the time of the experience.
Afterwards, it seemed to me it was less sharp, but this is only an impression.
Please compare
your hearing during the experience to your everyday hearing that you had
immediately prior to the time of the experience.
I only
remember the silence.
Did you see or
hear any earthly events that were occurring during a time that your
consciousness / awareness was apart from your physical / earthly body?
No
What emotions
did you feel during the experience?
Happiness, and fear for
my mother that I risked to abandon without help..
Did you pass
into or through a tunnel?
Uncertain In the
first experience, yes, I entered a tunnel, but I stopped along the way, then I
went out of it.
Did you see an
unearthly light?
Yes What was the most
fascinating in the two experiences, is this light that I cannot compare to
anything else in normal life.
Did you seem to
encounter a mystical being or presence, or hear an unidentifiable voice?
No
Did you
encounter or become aware of any beings who previously lived on earth who are
described by name in religions (for example: Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, etc.)?
No
Did you
encounter or become aware of any deceased (or alive) beings?
No
Did you become
aware of past events in your life during your experience?
No
Did you seem to
enter some other, unearthly world?
Some unfamiliar and
strange place
Did time seem to speed up or slow down?
Everything
seemed to be happening at once; or time stopped or lost all meaning
Then the notion
of time has no meaning anymore, it's another time. Time seems to be extended,
infinitely long but short at the same time, one is elsewhere.
Did you
suddenly seem to understand everything? No
Did you reach a
boundary or limiting physical structure?
Yes
Yes, the end of my life...
Did you come to
a border or point of no return?
I came to a definite
conscious decision to "return" to life
I only had two possibilities:
Did scenes from
the future come to you?
No
During your
experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness suggesting
that there either is (or is not) continued existence after earthly life (life
after death)?
Yes It was another
state of being, a different form of 'life' which I entered in both cases.
During your
experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that God or a
supreme being either does (or does not) exist?
No
During your
experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that you
either did (or did not) exist prior to this lifetime?
No
During your
experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that a
mystical universal connection or unity/oneness either does (or does not)
exist? Yes
Those experiences, I experienced them like passages (that you take or not...).
Passage towards the beyond that all religions are mentioning.
During your
experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness regarding
earthly lifes meaning or purpose?
Yes Only our will can
make us overcome the difficulties of our earthly life.
During your
experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness regarding
earthly lifes difficulties, challenges, or hardships?
Yes Only our will can
make us overcome the difficulties of our earthly life.
During your
experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness regarding
love? Yes
Love, is maybe, to choose to give more value to another one than to yourself..
During your
experience, did you encounter any other specific information / awareness that
you have not shared in other questions that is relevant to living our earthly
lives? Yes
We should give more importance to beauty in our earthly life!
Did you have a
sense of knowing special knowledge or purpose?
Yes The earthly life
has no price and death is nothing more than a passage.
What occurred
during your experience included:
Content that was
entirely consistent with the beliefs you had at the time of your experience No
suffering, no real fear, an immense peace. All wise men teach us that death is
nothing.
How accurately
do you remember the experience in comparison to other life events that occurred
around the time of the experience?
I remember the
experience more accurately than other life events that occurred around the time
of the experience It's a unique and indelible experience.
Discuss any
changes that might have occurred in your life after your experience:
My mother died on 1st
January 2014. Maybe I could have been better present at her side.
My experience directly resulted in:
Large changes in my
life
Did you have any changes in your values or beliefs after the experience that
occurred as a result of the experience?
No
Do you have any
psychic, non-ordinary or other special gifts after your experience that you did
not have before the experience?
No
Have you ever shared this experience with others?
Yes My cardiologist. I
was a little anxious that he might take me for nuts, but he has been on the
contrary very curious and interested.
Did you have
any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience?
Yes In the seventies I
read a book that doctor friends lent me. I don't think that I was influenced, as
one is totally involved in what one is living, and the intellect has no time to
interfere with this space.
What did you
believe about the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it
happened:
Experience was definitely real This cannot be invented!
What do you
believe about the reality of your experience at the current time:
Experience was
definitely real Very real experiences, I would like to have a scientific
explanation. For me it was a dysfunction, a trouble of the organism, thus a
physical trouble of a cerebral or cardiac origin, etc.
Have your relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience?
No
Have your religious beliefs/spiritual practices changed specifically as a result
of your experience?
No
At any time in
your life, has anything ever reproduced any part of the experience?
Yes Visual problems.
I have light flashes that last several seconds.
Did the
questions asked and information that you provided accurately and comprehensively
describe your experience?
Yes But nothing
better than the experience!
Are there any
other questions that we could ask to help you communicate your experience?
As I see it,
it would be wise to get documentation about the medical profile of the
experiencers, in order to direct a possible research on the scientific scale.
