fairly mundane projections and some utterly mind blowing...especially one where I met my eldest son who died tragically in 1998...after a few months following his death i had some lucid dreams...ordinary dreams as you would expect of being in contact with him...but nothing like the 100% conscious OBE sort of thing..

one morning i had an interesting lucid dream ( i often have these before obe) where i was in a strange surreal environment...i then woke up and found myself traveling in a beautiful patterned tunnel...I immediately... being totally conscious in OBE mode) decided to visit my son...I suddenly found myself traveling vertically  up same beautifully patterned tunnel...this "journey" was exhilarating in itself.......suddenly i found myself in a room full of laughing happy children,....varied nationalities....I was disappointed to see that my son was not there...I asked the children where he was and they pointed...giggling...at the corner of the room...he suddenly appeared...much younger than at the age he would be...he was shy...embarrassed and hesitant...I was overjoyed...cried out his name and we hugged and kissed...but alas...it was only momentary...the outburst of emotion i felt had cut short the visit....( this is well known...emotions on the "astral plane" or wherever have to be controlled...then i found myself going at enormous speed and found myself back in physical body.....this was of course all experienced in total consciousness...I have the idea that it may somehow have been assisted" but there is only a vague feeling concerning that...a vague perception of a "guide" perhaps but I'm not really into all that side of spiritual things and it certainly wasn't particularly obvious...but the momentary meeting was of course so eagerly sought for and i feel blessed that it did happen...f only for a few seconds....

      Describe:  as described...the emotional joy cut short the visit

Has the experience affected your relationships?  Daily life?  Religious practices etc.?  Career choices?  just reinforced my knowledge that we are spiritual beings with a soul that leaves the physical body

      Describe:  knowing me they believed it and were comforted...

 What emotions did you experience following your experience?  joy but sorrow that i did not exercise sufficient control

What was the best and worst part of your experience?  obviously meeting my deceased son but worst was it being so short
