Mark R's Experience
|
Experience description:
I had gotten a badly broken nose
and it was very bloody. At the time it was painless and I was just yelling and
screaming out of anger, and I just wiped the massive amounts of blood away and
eventually went to sleep. I woke up the next day and the side of my nose was
sideways and I could smell this horrible smell that I can still remember. I went
into the bathroom and started putting my nose back into place because the Middle
part, the septum was very crooked at the top. Basically I drove myself crazy
because I made a habit of panicking and going to the bathroom and trying to set
my nose again, and all I would do was think about my nose and go to the bathroom
and snap it around even more causing myself extreme pain that I would ignore and
keep Messing with my nose. I would be very conscious about my breathing and it
led to me having sleep deprivation. I don't know how long I didn't get good
sleep for, but at some point I was unable to tell whether I was awake or asleep
at times. I would be walking in the hallway at school and would see them
twisting and turning, and sometimes I would talk to people and out of nowhere
their faces would scream at me with sharp teeth and wide open mouths and I would
wake up in class sometimes or I would wake up in bed. My grades fell badly and
relationships with people suffered a lot, people could tell I was becoming
whacked out. At a party I busted out crying in front of my friends and I am not
the type of person to cry over something like this. I was going crazy. Well one
night I knew I was in bed and my nose was feeling weird so I was laying on my
back for a long time, and eventually I felt the intense vibrations and heard a
female voice screaming my name. I
had read about them and tried it before but was unable to do it on purpose .
Well l lifted my arm a little and then my legs started raising up , and then it
felt as if I was hovering upwards and then I had turned upside down. My back was
on the ceiling and I was looking at my body laying there, and it was very
freaky. While out of body I was just staring at my nose and freaking out a
little but something told me you are going to be alright. My aunt was in the
kitchen baking that night and I left my room and was just watching her. she
didn't seem to know I was there and it was very creepy. It felt like I was a
ghost. I went back to my room looked at myself and gasped for air, and it felt
as if I was one thin layer of skin that got inhaled by my real body and I was
back. After that happened I was intensely shocked and I got over the nose thing
a couple days after that.

waking up in class or in bed . Felt as if I was on drugs
