Experience description:

THE PREGNANT INFINITE VOID.

I am resting my head on the window of an airplane. The passengers on the plane are quiet and the plane is quite high in the atmosphere. The only sounds are the mechanical humming of the plane and the occasional shifting of passengers. Its a beautiful clear day. We are up where the air is thin and the sky is light light  blue . I look downward to earth onto white fluffy clouds and an increasingly darker blue sky below me. My feeling is that of a child in the backseat of a peaceful car ride, detached from worldly problems, not having to do anything. I close my eyes to rest them. Without any warning or conscious effort (never having experienced this before) and for no reason that I consciously am aware of still today, I find myself slipping out of my body from the top of my head. And instantly find myself floating and flying (moving) through a place (field? dimension?) of pure potential energy. The qualities of it are as follows. It is exquisitely perfectly dark, no light what so ever is emanating from anywhere. It is infinitely exquisitely silent. No sound emanates from anywhere. It is infinitely vast. It does not have a beginning or end but does have a 3d spatial quality. It is perfectly peaceful in every way. It is so still, harmonized and GOOD.  My first though is something like. 'Wow, the infinite is so easy to understand!' But there is more to it. It seems very very alive.

Next I turn my attention to myself. I am whole, intact, conscious, and I recognize myself. I have a boundary that contains myself and it seems to be organized in the shape of a body. But it was non material. Almost as if it were an outline or an energetic field in the shape of a body. I seem to be moving horizontally similar to how superman might fly without his arms extended. I seem to be moving forward. These things don't seem to grab my interest particularly. I think about it for a quick moment and turn my awareness back to the dimension I find myself in.

What seems exquisite about this space is the PROFOUND POTENTIAL ENERGY. I am going to be direct here because it was simply a fact. It was what it was and it was quite obvious.

The darkness was in fact light particles without any force acting upon them. Since the space was infinite there was room for everything to be at rest. The light was not extending. It wasn't collapsed light particles,  it was more like still light where the light spectrum encapsulated itself. An endless amount of  light 'seeds' or 'individual light densities' that if acted upon with force could create images, sounds, matter. It was white light (or spectral light at rest)  Each particle of nonmoving light had such profound potential energy and as if it 'waiting for a creative force to act upon it'. An infinite amount of these dense light particles extended and nested amongst each other creating this field, that I am flying in. A field with no forces of motion acting upon it because there was infinite space for everything in the universe. No cause and effect.

It was humming without sound, vibrating without movement, yearning with this potential power. It seemed to be yearning to be birthed. It was truly alive but not activated. Pure potential energy. All this was so obvious. The Void is anything but empty. It is all the potential energy in the universe.

These next ideas are not as clear, simply because I do not know what MIND or Creative Force is completely.

The next thought I had was that mind (my mind, your mind, Gods mind), or creative force can make anything that can be imagined from these particles. That I (We) can birth these light particles. When force is added the light at rest will extend as white light and then bend and move to create 'holographic' expressions of ideas. ie. A brown table is a pattern of spectral white light (broken into the visible spectrum ie. rainbow or color).  The causation, (or force) is the creative idea of a table in the mind and the reason (function) for the brown table to exist.

This extended into the thought that material world is 'the Voids' particle light in motion with force and limitations so that light and matter are interacting colliding creating space, and boundaries, densities and waves. That MIND is creative force and that we birth reality. That we can birth into creation anything the ONE mind thinks.

Matter is light extended. We are the Creative Force and can act upon it. The material universe is set in motion with creative thought. That we can activate this pure potential energy. That these particles are completely benevolent and seem to 'desire to be set into motion.'

And then, similarly to many NDE's, the second I had a thought about my material body, I experience of re-entry. I cracked back into my body through my skull. The sound of the quiet airplane was like the sound of thunder in contrast to the infinite silence. The light and color hit me like lightning. And I was back.

This particular OBE (I have had 2 others that have informed how I view the world) was most similar to an NDE.  I now have a profound interest in other peoples accounts of 'The Void.' Did it also seem pregnant with potential? Where is this place in relation to heavenly experiences? Can information from the other side inform physics and help with scientific advances?

Before my personal encounter with the void, I had only heard of 2 references to this place in my whole life. One was the story of Buddah and the idea that he made it to 'the void' but not to God-union. And another from a painting by Alex Grey called 'The Void Clear Light'.  Now I see many many people have experienced it.

This is my first time putting this into words on 'paper'. Excuse the grammatical errors. 1st draft.  Thank you for reading this. Love and light-Kristin S

 Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?      No     

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?          Uncertain     I have not been able to find similar experiences except NDE accounts. However I found this website today that mentions NDE-like experiences without the death.



 At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event? No     

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?    completely conscious and aware.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?  No

 Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?   Yes    A energetic boundary that my energy filled in, similar in shape to a body but non physical.

 What emotions did you feel during the experience?          Awe, calm, safety, peace, curiosity

 Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?          Cracking back into my body like a thunderbolt.

 LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?         Yes    The Void (but what is it?)

 Did you see a light?        No     

Did you meet or see any other beings?         No     

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state?         No     

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No     

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different? Yes    I felt I could see and hear and feel.

 Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  Yes          Timeless

 Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?         Yes    A view of limitless energy and potential for limitless potential of creation itself.

 Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?           No     

Did you become aware of future events?      No     

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?          No      Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         Yes          Many ideas/ inventions (non published) around science and energy utilizing sacred geometry. Turbines, propulsion, electricity.

 Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?     Yes    I have a deep interest in the future of planet earth, its potential for harmonized governance, clean energy use, and balance with the laws of nature.

 How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?   It has been a bit dissociative. I have not integrated or connected this information with community or work other than as a personal interest of study. I may feel less connected. I often think about my future lifetimes and how I can be more effective.

 Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? Yes    I have become more introverted

 Have you shared this experience with others?       Yes    I have verbally shared with a few friends.

 What emotions did you experience following your experience? Inspiration.

 What was the best and worst part of your experience?          The best part is the profound experience itself. However I feel less sure of what to do this lifetime, more disassociated,  because my knowledge is not in alignment with my education level or congruent with other peoples thinking.

 Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience? I have had 2 other OBE both which provided additional information as to the profound nature of our experience.
