I woke up at night and dreamt about go to the window.  Then I feel that my body is trembling. It was strange for me.  Then I feel that my soul go out of my body.

I read about this before, so a thought that this is a dream.  Then I heard a loud noise and I realized that I can see. I saw my room, my bed, and my body. Then I thought that I wanted to prove my experience, so I go to window to look out of it. I can see the light on the street. Then I thought I go to main the room.  I experienced going through a closed door and a wall.  It was .... (difficult to explain) a wonderful feeling. When I was in the main room, I saw the sleeping body of my older brother.  I try to wake him up, but I wasn't able to touch his body. Then I was back in my body.

It was not long experience but I never before seen my body, go through a wall, and have a full knowledge about my body.

Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?  No.     

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?  Yes.  I was able to go through the wall it was difficult to explain

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?    No.     

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?  I can see everything.

Was the experience dream like in any way?  No

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?  Yes.   My mind was out of my body.  It was strange because I wasn't able to feel my body.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?  I never experience something like this.  I known that it is short visit out of my body, therefore I try to prove my experience.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises? yes, when I separate from my body it was sound like an old door closing.

Did you experiment while out body or in another altered state?  For example did you attempt to visit a family member or friend at another location?  Did you eyewitness an event that you would not have known about had you not been out of body?  Did you attempt to move a physical object while in the astral/etheric universe?  Yes

If yes or uncertain, what did you do and what was the result of the experimentation?       i try to visit my main room of my house. but when i get there it was other room.  it was room of my older  brother who live 2000 km from place where i live in italy. 

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?  Yes.  I can see but not like body.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?  Yes. 

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?  Yes.  I believe that our soul is not our body

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices etc.? Career choices?  I believe in something out of us.  I don't know what it is but it is wonderful

Have you shared this experience with others?  Yes.  with one.  but I never do it again.  It only our experience after all

What was the best and worst part of your experience?  the best - it was!!!  the worst - it was too short
