Kim A Experience
|
Experience description:
I had no previous interest in spiritual matters.
My stepfather had cancer and my experience occurred on the day he died.
Even before his passing day I knew he will die even though no-one could know
this will happen.
At about mid-day on his passing day, all of a sudden I felt a sudden surge of
energy coming to my body. At that moment I knew he died or was just going
through dying and it seemed that all the leftover energy from his body passed
through me and I got 'opened up' to spiritual truths. I know this sounds crazy
but this is what i felt. This whole thing took me by surprise. I think i somehow
tapped into his dying experience.
As I had that energy surge all of a sudden an enormous amount of calmness came
over me. I have never felt calmer and more balanced in my life. It was just
peaceful. Then I felt this amazing Love for all. I remember my colleague sitting
next to me and i looked at her and a surge of immense unconditional love came to
me and i almost stood up and hugged her. I could 'see' her thoughts and her
worries and i had this huge compassion towards her. I had just love in my heart
for her and for everyone and everything.
I was always quite the worrier but i realized how insignificant the things i
worry about are in the great scheme of things.
I could 'see' that all the things I worry about in 50-100 years no-one will
remember and they don't not have much relevance anyway. I realized how fleeting
is this whole thing.
Then I was taken further and further to see bigger and bigger perspective.
Almost as there are some videos about the cosmos/space from small to large and
then showing the cosmos with all the stars and galaxies. It was through time and
space. First i could see the Earth and then another planets and traveled further
and further in perspective. I almost laughed oh my god how could i forget all
this. It was so liberating, beautiful, unbelievable, like waking up from a dream
and laughing oh wow it was just a dream (life on Earth). It was just so funny in
a way, so trivial. How could i forget this!
Love is everything.
God and Life is Sacred. It is too overwhelming to even talk about it.
What is important is how we react to things here, how we behave.
We could be anywhere (in any place) and at any time-frame (there is no time) but
what is important is our own actions.
How we treat our fellow man, how we take up the opportunities that are offered
to us, what we do etc is why we are really here. We are in a sense proving
ourselves.
I know it was just a tiny segment as I couldn't have been shown everything,
there is so much more.
When I 'came back' (I didn't really go anywhere per se) it seemed many hours
have passed but i think in actuality about an hour has passed (I didn't check
the time).
After the experience for a while I felt quite isolated as people didn't
understand my experience and i got a lot of blank stares. Years later I found
NDE stories and I knew they had the same or very similar experiences, so finally
i could relate. That is what i went through, the love, the expanded
consciousness, God etc.
Some of the knowledge/feelings never actually left me, I found my balance, and I
am very grateful that this happened to me.
At the time
of your experience was there an associated life-threatening event?
Yes
My step father died on the day. I was not
dying.
Was the experience
difficult to express in words?
Yes
There are no words and difficult to
verbalize. Also I believe there is a lot of judgement in this world which makes
it difficult for me to open up as people immediately try to convince me that
this didn't happen or what i experienced was not real etc etc. So i learned to
be cautious.
At what time during the
experience were you at your highest level of
consciousness and alertness? Mid
point
How did your highest level
of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal
everyday consciousness and alertness?
More
consciousness and alertness than normal
More expanded. I could understand many
things.
Please
compare your vision during the experience to your everyday vision that you had
immediately prior to the time of the experience.
I could see with my minds eye.
Please
compare your hearing during the experience to your everyday hearing that you had
immediately prior to the time of the experience.
Not applicable, i think communication was
telepathic.
Did you see
or hear any earthly events that were occurring during a time that your
consciousness / awareness was apart from your physical / earthly body?
No
What emotions did you feel
during the experience?
Joy, excitement, peace, calmness, love, compassion
Did you pass into or
through a tunnel?
No
Did you see an unearthly
light?
No
Did
you seem to encounter a mystical being or presence, or hear an unidentifiable
voice?
I encountered a definite being, or a voice clearly of mystical or unearthly
origin
The companion, 'he' was there but I didn't see
anyone.
Did you encounter or
become aware of any beings who previously lived on earth who are described by
name in religions (for example: Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, etc.)?
No
Did
you encounter or become aware of any deceased (or alive) beings?
Yes
The companion. That's all i can say. Not a
deceased relative.
Did
you become aware of past events in your life during your experience?
No
Did
you seem to enter some other, unearthly world?
A clearly mystical or unearthly realm
I have seen the
universe..
Did time seem
to speed up or slow down?
Everything seemed to be happening at once; or time stopped or
lost all meaning
There is no time. Time
is irrelevant really outside the Earth.
Did
you suddenly seem to understand everything?
Everything about the universe
It felt like waking up from a dream. I understood
everything (I slowly lost the knowledge afterwards) I don't think we could exist
with this knowledge on Earth. There is a reason we forget all this knowledge
here otherwise living would be non practical, we could not relate to the
challenges.
Did you reach a boundary
or limiting physical structure?
No
Did
you come to a border or point of no return?
No
Did scenes from the
future come to you?
Scenes from the world's future
I have time travelled forward as an example. I
have seen the building I was in not existing in the future for example.
During
your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness
suggesting that there either is (or is not) continued existence after earthly
life (“life after death”)?
Yes
Yes, although i wouldnt call it specific.
It just is, there is no death, only the body dies.
During
your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that God
or a supreme being either does (or does not) exist?
Yes
Not sure how to describe this. Supreme
Being exists. This experience was so sacred that I cant do it justice so I cant
write about it.
During
your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that you
either did (or did not) exist prior to this lifetime?
No
During
your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that a
mystical universal connection or unity/oneness either does (or does not) exist?
Yes
Yes this certainly is true. We are all
one. I was kind of everywhere and in everything at one point in the experience.
During your experience,
did you encounter any specific information / awareness regarding earthly life’s
meaning or purpose?
Yes
Its about us, how I behave in
circumstances. The construct doesn't really matter. What I do matters. Need to
focus on my own actions, reactions etc
During your experience,
did you encounter any specific information / awareness regarding earthly life’s
difficulties, challenges, or hardships?
No
During your experience,
did you encounter any specific information / awareness regarding love?
Yes
All is love
During your experience,
did you encounter any other specific information / awareness that you have not
shared in other questions that is relevant to living our earthly lives?
No
Did you have a sense of
knowing special knowledge or purpose?
Yes
Not sure what to write here.
What occurred during your
experience included:
Content that was both consistent and not consistent
with the beliefs you had at the time of your experience
I didn't care about spiritual matters before so it was non contradictory
but not in alignment either.
How accurately do you
remember the experience in comparison to other life events that occurred around
the time of the experience?
I remember the experience as accurately as other
life events that occurred around the time of the ex
I remember with the same accuracy.
Discuss any changes
that might have occurred in your life after your experience:
I became much more peaceful and spiritual. I have
quite smoking, drinking alcohol, i focus on health now. I can feel energies, I
can allow intuition to lead.
My
experience directly resulted in:
Large changes in my life
Did you have any changes in your values or beliefs after the experience that
occurred as a result of the experience?
Yes
I was non spiritual before now its significant part of my life.
Do you
have any psychic, non-ordinary or other special gifts after your experience that
you did not have before the experience?
Yes
Mediumistic experiences, later I had other
experiences as well but i wanted to concentrate on this experience relating to
the death of the loved one.
Are there one or several parts of your experience
that are especially meaningful or significant to you?
When I became one with everything and i was everywhere that was amazing.
Also spending time with 'the companion' was absolutely amazing.
Have you ever shared this experience with others?
Yes
At the beginning it was hard to talk about
it.
People had blank stares that was very hard to
handle as I felt like an outsider.
Some people also talk disrespectful about God and
spiritual matters.
Did you have any knowledge
of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience?
Yes
I knew of them but dismissed them.
What did you believe about
the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:
Experience was definitely real
I was in the energy a long while before it
went away totally. It was hard to integrate it.
What do you believe about
the reality of your experience at the current time:
Experience was definitely real
The experience was real. It was more a
knowing less something new that was added.
It was more like a reveal of something that was
always there so i didn't 'learn' anything new, just my consciousness expanded.
Like when we solve a mathematical problem and just
suddenly 'get it'. The solution was always there, it was I who couldn't
understand it before.
Have your relationships
changed specifically as a result of your experience?
Uncertain
Luckily most of my close relations are open minded.
Have your religious
beliefs/spiritual practices changed specifically as a result of your experience?
Yes
I practice daily meditation etc.
At
any time in your life, has anything ever reproduced any part of the experience?
Yes
I have had other shorter mystical
experiences after this (maybe 2).
Is there anything else
that you would like to add about your experience?
no
Did
the questions asked and information that you provided accurately and
comprehensively describe your experience?
Yes
Yes i have tried to write about all
relevant information.
