Kevin T's Experience

Experience description:
I was in the
Navy. I was sleeping in the berthing compartment that is three decks down in the
ship. I suddenly found my self Leaving the compartment and going up the ladders
that lead to the upper deck of the ship. Once I walked out side I could feel the
coolness of the night air. the strange thing was I could hear and see some of my
shipmates that where on watch that night but they were fogged not clear. I could
tell how they were by there voices but there faces were fogged and everybody I
seen that night was the same. The ship and everything else was clear people were
not. the ship had a gangplank that went to a stairs that went down to the pier.
It was about 20 feet high from the gangplank to the pier. I floated out the
gangplank and down the pier about 20 feet above the pier. I was floating over
people that were walking down the pier coming back to the ship. they were fogged
to. with all the lights of San Diego and the lights on the Naval Base it was
impossible to see the stars, but when I came to the end of the pier I turned up
like I wanted to float up into the sky and I could see the stars. then suddenly
I looked down and seen my pickup truck that was parked in the Parking lot. I was
Married and lived off base and would drive to the ship each day. I was there
that night because I had 24hour Duty that day. On my Pickup Truck under the
drivers side windshield wiper was a parking ticket. The ticket was placed in the
middle of the windshield under the wiper which was different than usual. Tickets
was normally placed under the wiper at the right side not so far in. After I saw
that I turned and looked back down the pier and thought to my self that I had to
go back. I went back down the pier onto the ship down into the berthing
compartment to my bunk. I sat up in my bunk and said to my self " Damn I got a
ticket". The next day I left the ship to go home and there was the ticket on my
windshield as I had seen the night before. I do remember that I did not seem to
be in control of my travels, and even though I knew I had to go back it was like
I was on autopilot.
