Experience description:

I am not completely aware of what happened.  All I know is that while I had a dream about my husband I left my body and visited him in bed.  Due to my husband's snoring I sleep with our daughter. He tells me that this is not the first time I've visited, but this was the strongest visit, since he actually saw me.   

While I was having a dream about him (totally unrelated to what he experienced), he felt a hand on his shoulder.  It was a strong grip, he could not move his hand.  I then began making smooching (kissing) sounds.  I often do that (while awake), from across the room over the phone, giving him kisses even though I can not reach him.  I hope this makes sense to you. After a few seconds he finally smooched back, I let go and began to leave.  He rolled over to see me disappearing out of the room.  I don't remember doing this at all.  I woke up from my dream, having to go to the bathroom.   

What kind of OBE is this? He states I've done this before.  It seems as though I sleep in two rooms at the same time.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            I was worried and upset in my dream
