Experience description:

About 10 years ago, I started leaving my body and resting at the foot of my bed while sleeping. Then, I started rising to the upper corners of the room. It was very relaxing. I have never used any drugs at all. Sometimes I was afraid and declined the experience, as I was unsure of the intentions of an entity that was inviting and pulling me. Eventually, I taught myself to say to this being, "I am with God. I only walk in the light." The being assured me this was a good thing to say. Somehow, the entity put me at ease. I continued to go many places with it. On one trip to an abandoned church (I think somewhere in Europe) I began to gain control of my movements to some extent. It was also the first time I saw my hands; they would grab onto one of several large standing crosses and help me push myself up to the top of the church, where there were amazing leaded glass windows. I went through these windows, as my guide told me I could, and floated around the beautiful countryside, investigating the outside of the grey stone church, as well.  I had a new guide who took me to a school that I can describe as similar to where the X-men go. I was only able to float horizontally and had no control of where I went. As I floated through the classrooms, I could hear students say while smiling, "I remember when I first arrived." I could see them too, but I don't know what they looked like. I asked my instructor why I was there. She said, "In case you continue on your current path." She said she was a "bird ????" - I can't remember. She said that I was another type of bird, something like a teacher. Not on that occasion, but on ensuing ventures, she taught me how to stand up straight and control my movements.

We went to an underground church that I was able to redecorate with my thoughts - lots of gold and royal blue. I have not been back to the school recently. Some day last week, I was amid a large community. Many of the people present were evil - raping and hurting others. With great effort, thinking and direction, I was able to banish the evil-doers. I don't remember if I killed them without touching them or if they were gone. It was very violent though. As people witnessed me, ridding the community of evil-doers, I told them they could help. I taught them how to do the same. We became a big group, all learning these skills. There was a young girl, named Hermione (as in Harry Potter) who first started floating horizontally as I had at the school years ago. Then, she started being able to control her movements through my teaching. People asked me how I did it, and my response was, "I am not in control." And, I was not in control. God was working through me. I was not able to control all of my movements. My group of people asked me, "Are we an army?" When the question was first asked, I had no idea what we were, but I knew we were not an army. The word, "Saviors" came to me, I think from God. When I said we were saviors, suddenly, we were in an indoor Greek-style amphitheater like place, and there were servants with many different types of food on large silver platters. I was so hungry, that I grabbed some greens and literally raw liver as I floated by and devoured the food. I was so hungry; it was exactly what I needed. I then ascended to a throne at the very top of the room, and the others said, "You are our leader. What are we to do?" It came to me, "Look at the stars out of this window." The window was the size of a house. As we looked, the stars formed the United States. Red shooting stars looked like missiles and bombs shooting across the country. I interpreted it as WW II. After I woke up, I realized it could not have been WW II, because the United States had no such attack then. I said, "We are going to ????? Island off the coast of ?Spain." I can't remember exactly "to save people." We exited through the window, but soon realized it was too far to go there just by floating. We returned to the building for a more direct form of transportation, and I awoke. The feelings and sensations accompany me when I return.

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?    I am sleeping usually. In recent years, if a noise occurs, like my husband snoring, I am able to remain in the 'dream', while being aware that physically my body is elsewhere.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?  yes

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?   Yes    mostly, I am formless, but I do have hands

What emotions did you feel during the experience?         all - from the horror of the injustices to the satisfaction of ridding the place of evil, to absolute surprise at discovering I am the leader of the group, extreme happiness at being able to teach youth the skills

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?         I hear others speak, and what seem like normal sounds to the environments they belong - like a choir in the church

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?         Yes    churches, Greek-like indoor amphitheaters, countryside  

Did you meet or see any other beings?         Yes    some formless extraterrestrial beings and humans around me - I did not know them. communicated: I am some type of bird, my teacher is a lesser type of bird. My teacher taught me to control my movements and to float while standing up. Out of my voice, although not from my thoughts, another communicated through me that we are "saviors".

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state?         Yes   

I try to go places I want to go, but can't. I am taken places that my leader wants me to go to. I witnessed a computer-like animation of a horrendous attack on the United States. I picked up micro greens and meat and ate them. I kill bad people with a force that comes through me.

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No     

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different? Yes    touch, same

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  Yes          movement is slow

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?         Yes    I can create a community of good people.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?           Yes    I am able to move through walls

Did you become aware of future events?      Uncertain     It is possible that this attack is a future event.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?          Yes    When there is physical noise in my body's environment, I return to it.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?      No     

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?     Yes    I feel amazing after these dreams. I believe I am capable of more than I am doing.
