Jenny A's Experience
|
Experience description:
I had the
feeling of floating, rising up in the air. Everything around me was black, I
couldn't see anything or feel anything. Everything was silent, no sound or
movement. I had the feeling of being suffocated at first, feeling like I
couldn't catch my breath no matter how hard I tried. Next the
blackness faded and I started seeing a light that was getting closer and closer.
All the feelings of suffocation went away. It was getting brighter the higher I
floated. I had the feeling someone was beside me touching me on the arm but I
couldn't see them. Like someone was holding my arm guiding me closer to the
light. I remember feeling overwhelmed in fear. But the brighter the light grew
the more comfort I felt until all the fear was gone. I heard music that kept
getting louder. Lastly I
felt the light completely surround me. I heard music and I felt so much joy and
happiness and all the fear was gone. I felt no worry and no pain. The light was
so bright and beautiful and warm, a light like no other I've ever seen. It's
hard to describe. I was so happy but I found myself saying I had to come back
that I couldn't stay, that I needed to go back. I woke up with the feeling that
I had stopped breathing. I was gasping to catch my breath. The best
part is remembering the wonderful feeling I had in the light how peaceful and
happy I felt.
