Jeff C's Experience
|
Experience description:
A friend of
mine came to pick my brother and me up at my dad's house. My brother and I went
to the car, and I got in the back seat. My brother realized that he'd left
something in the car, and he went to get it. He didn't say what it was, he just
ran into the house to get it. I figured my dad would stop him to talk to him
and that he would be a few minutes, so I laid my head back and relaxed. My dad
had introduced my brother and me to remote viewing a few days earlier, and I was
fascinated by it, so once I got comfortable in the back seat of the car, I
decided to try to see what my brother was doing in the house.
Suddenly, I
heard loud buzzing and crackling sounds, and they started getting louder. At
the same time, I could see a bright light coming from out of the distance (I had
my eyes closed). Once the light and sounds reached a climax, I heard a loud
bang like something being ripped apart. I guess the best comparison would be a
sonic boom. Immediately after that, I could see everything around me in the
car, and I began to float above my body and out of the roof of the car. I
hovered about 3 feet above the car for a few second, long enough to see my
brother walking out of the house, carrying his CD's in a carrying case. If I
had been watching from inside the car, I wouldn't have been able to see the
CD's. Then, my brother got back in the car and shut the door. I came back to
my body slowly and opened my eyes.
Any
associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the
experience?
No
Was
the kind of experience difficult to express in words?
No
What
was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?
It
was the middle of the day, and I hadn't been drinking or doing any drugs or
medication, so I was completely alert.
Was the
experience dream like in any way?
no
Did
you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?
Yes
In
this experience, I didn't actually see any form around me, however, I have had
experiences where I could see my consciousness as a ghost-like figure (a foggy
mass).
What
emotions did you feel during the experience?
amazement, true
freedom, nostalgia. The nostalgia I experienced was like I felt like I belonged
out of my body, and if I returned, I would be leaving my home.
Did
you hear any unusual sounds or noises?
yes. They are
explained in the description of my experience.

Yes
I
felt that if I returned, I would be leaving my home, but I decided that I needed
to return anyway.
Did
you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience
that you did not have prior to the experience?
Yes
Many. I've felt and seen people's thoughts. I've traded consciousness with
another person. I've traveled out of my body with another person I've been
able to feel other people's pain. The best example is about my step-father. I
had a vision of him getting sick and going to the hospital for a long stay. Two
weeks later, he was diagnosed with leukemia. For a while, things were going
okay, and I felt okay. Then, it was time for his stem cell transplant. I
started feeling worse, and having more vivid dreams at night. One day while I
was at work, I had a vision of him going into a coma. Three days after his
transplant, he went into a coma. He spent three weeks in I.C.U., and the
doctors were very negative about the situation. All the people around the
I.C.U. made it clear that they didn't think he would wake from the coma. One
night, in my sleep, I had a dream that my mother and I were standing in the room
with him, and he opened his eyes. He looked at us and told us that he loved
us. One week later, he came out of the coma, and it happened exactly the way it
did in my dream. I also had a vision of him dying two weeks before he died.
Did
you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?
Yes
Before, I didn't believe that I could do it.
Have
you shared this experience with others?
Yes
My
brother has experienced things like this also, so he's not really surprized.
Most people just think I'm posessed by the devil or something.
What
emotions did you experience following your experience?
enlightenment
What
was the best and worst part of your experience?
It was all
amazing
Did
the questions asked and information you provided accurately and comprehensively
describe your experience?
No
There's no way to completely describe it, but I did the best I could.
