I was lying down face-up on my living-room sofa doing a relaxation exercise. I relaxed all the muscles in my body in order to put my body to sleep while remaining alert in my consciousness.

At a certain point I felt a kind of vibration, a tingling in my heels. I found this odd but I had an intuitive feeling that it was the beginning of something, so I allowed the vibrations to continue, and they moved along my body up as far as my chest. It felt as if all the energy in my subtle body was gathering in a single point, then, whoops...

I felt myself rise upwards!! I had the same feeling one has on a roller-coaster, you know, that "wheeee!" you feel in the centre of your chest in a very fast descent. You feel as if you are going to leave your body. Well,

I really did leave my body!!

Suddenly my whole being, my consciousness, found itself floating just beneath the ceiling. I felt that the only thing stopping me from going through the ceiling was the difference in frequency of vibration between my energy body and the vibrations of the material which made up the ceiling!!

I did not stay very long in the room, I thought of going outside and I did. I went through the wall, and as I did I thought: "Wow J-P, you are passing through solid matter!" I could see everything in the wall in detail, rock wool and wood grain!!!

Outside I floated about six feet above the streetlights in my street. I recognized them right off as they are fine streetlights! Then, I don't know how, I found myself in an immense green park. The park was perfect. The grass was perfectly mown and of a lovely green!

Then I became aware that I had a body!! Yes, a body with two arms and two legs. A body made of energy!! I had a body but  I was as light as a feather!! I started to run in the park, and it was fun to run and take off into the air!! A bit like Ninja films where the guy runs and takes off while pedalling thin air!!

When I was in full flight I felt it took some effort, and when I was short of energy I fell towards the ground!! But this was not scary as I knew I could not be hurt, not having a physical body!!

I went on doing this for a time which seem infinite to me, as the notion of time did not exist!! I was living the present moment with incredible intensity!! The joy I felt when I was flying was immeasurable!! It was total happiness!!

I felt so good I could have stayed there forever!!

In the park I felt a presence all around me. I seemed to be bathed in a vaster consciousness than mine!! The ambient temperature was perfect! Neither hot, nor cold!! With a light breeze caressing my cheeks which made me feel loved. It was very warm!!

Yes, I was bathed in love, serenity, peace, joy. I was pure energy. I was a consciousness with a malleable body!! In fact, when I was on the ground I had a body with arms and legs, but in the air I reverted to just a point, a ball of energy!!

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

J'�tais allong� sur le dos sur mon divan du salon � faire une relaxation. J'ai d�tendu tous les muscles de mon corps afin d'endormir mon corps tout en gardant ma conscience bien alerte.

� un moment donn� j'ai senti comme des vibrations, des gr�sillements dans mes talons. J'ai trouv� cela �trange mais j'ai eu l'intuition que c'�tait le d�but de quelque chose alors j'ai laiss� faire et les vibrations ont grimp� le long de mon corps et arriv� � ma poitrine j'ai eu l'impression que c'�tait toute l'�nergie de mon corps subtil qui se ramassait en un point unique et l� hop....

Je me suis senti soulever vers le haut!! J'ai eu la m�me sensation qu'on �prouve lorsqu'on se trouve dans une montagne russe, vous savez le "wiii" qu'on ressent au milieu de la poitrine lorsque la montagne russe descend tr�s vite, on a l'impression qu'on va sortir de notre corps. Et bien je suis r�ellement sorti de mon corps!!

Soudainement tout mon �tre, ma conscience , s'est retrouv� � flotter juste au dessous du plafond. Je sentais que la seule chose qui m'emp�chait de traverser le plafond �tait la diff�rence entre les vibrations de mon corps �nerg�tique et les vibrations de la mati�re du plafond!!

Je ne suis pas rest� tr�s longtemps dans mon logement, j'ai pens� aller � l'ext�rieur et le mouvement s'est fait. J'ai travers� le mur et en le traversant j'ai pens�: "Wow J-P tu es en train de traverser la mati�re!". Je pouvais voir tout en d�tail � l'int�rieur du mur, la laine min�rale et le grain du bois!!!

Arriv� dehors je flottais � environ six pieds au dessus des lampadaires de ma rue. Je les ai tout de suite reconnus car ce sont de beaux lampadaires! L� je ne sais comment mais je me suis retrouv� dans un immense parc vert. Le parc �tait parfait. Le gazon �tait parfaitement taill� et il �tait d'un tr�s beau vert!

L� j'ai pris conscience que j'avais un corps!! Oui oui, un corps avec deux bras et deux jambes. Un corps fait d'�nergie!! J'avais un corps mais j'�tais l�ger comme une plume!! Je me suis mis � courir dans ce parc et mon plaisir �tait de courir afin de prendre mon �lan pour m'envoler dans les airs!! Un peu comme dans les films de Ninja ou le gars cours et s'envole en p�dalant dans les airs!!

Lorsque j'�tais en plein vol je sentais que cela me prenait de l'�nergie et lorsque je manquais d'�nergie je tombais vers le sol!! Mais �a ne me faisait pas peur car je savais que je ne pouvais pas me faire mal car n'ayant pas de corps physique!!

J'ai fais �a durant une p�riode qui m'a sembl� infini puisque la notion de temps n'existait pas!! Je vivais le moment pr�sent avec une intensit� incroyable!! La joie que je ressentais lorsque je volais �tait incommensurable!! C'�tait le bonheur total!!

J'�tais si bien que j'aurais pu y demeurer pour l'�ternit�!!

Dans ce parc je sentais une pr�sence partout autour de moi. J'avais l'impression de baigner dans une conscience plus vaste que la mienne!! La temp�rature ext�rieure �tait parfaite! Ni chaud, ni froid!! Avec une l�g�re brise qui flattait ma joue et me faisait sentir que j'�tais aim�. C'�tait tr�s chaleureux!!

Oui je baignais dans de l'amour, dans la s�r�nit�, la paix, la joie. J'�tais pure �nergie. J'�tais une conscience avec un corps mall�able!! Effectivement, lorsque j'�tais au sol j'avais un corps avec des bras et des jambes mais lorsque j'�tais dans les airs je redevenais juste un point, une boule d'�nergie!!
