Experience description:

This is an account of the first moments of my life here as best as I can describe. I have had this memory with me since my first moments here: There was darkness, seemed thick but slowly getting thinner and eventually parted. I realized later I was passing through clouds. Once through there was black darkness and one white light that seemed far away. Imagine looking into a black night sky with one visible star. I wondered what the light was just for a brief moment and then I was there. Close to the light. It was a porch light at a small church and a large person and small person were walking up to the church. At the time however, I didn't know it was a church nor did I know what a person was. All I knew was a great curiosity. I wondered what these beings were so I floated close to them and circled around them. I saw them but couldn't hear anything. I floated in between them and looked into the eyes of the larger one but a feeling with an inner voice so to speak told me not to look there so I looked away. I floated back between them and looked into the small ones eyes, closer and closer. Then I was the boy. A flood of information followed I knew the man was my grandfather and he was telling me how to act in church. I knew my grandmother was back at home up the hill behind us. I went to church and hoped there would be answers but no one seemed to know anything of relevance so after a while I quit going to church. Life since then has been normal except for a few precognitive dreams over the years. I would love to hear from people with similar experiences, I still look for answers.

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?      High, very conscious

            Was the experience dream like in any way?  It seemed clear not dreamlike

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?  Yes    It was like a drone flying around no physical form just visual and emotion

What emotions did you feel during the experience?          Curiosity, fear once I was the boy

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?         No

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?   No     

Did you see a light?        Yes    Porch light at the church

Did you meet or see any other beings?         No     

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state?         No     

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?         Yes          Grandfather remembered first time going to church. He has passed now though.

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different? Yes    No sound or smells while outside the body just sight and emotional feeling

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  No     

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?         No

Did you become aware of future events?      No     

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?          No      Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         No     

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience? No     

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?   I feel there is life outside the physical world for certain but have no explanation as to why or how

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? Uncertain     I may believe differently if not for the experience

Have you shared this experience with others?       Yes    Not sure if anyone believes me. Doesn't change the reality of the experience either way

What was the best and worst part of your experience?     View of spiritual existence. Worst, no answers
