Experience description:

I was sat on my sofa in  my new flat on my own doing some work when I felt like I was watching myself from above typing my pulse went rapid and I have a throbbing pain in center of my boobs (no joke) and I feel sick. I was watching my self and felt like I was sinking further into the chair but I'm not actually moving and I'm just above myself. freaking me out
