Experience description:

I had meditated earlier in the day with the intention of sending some healing and love to who ever needed it. It is normally part of my meditation practice.

I went to sleep in the evening and during the early morning I had a very lucid dream/OBE. I have had a few OBEs and Lucid Dreams before so knew what to expect. But this was not like any other dream as I was having real physical symptoms.

I was dreaming that I was at a harbor location where there were apartments and shops. I met a young lady, who I felt I knew, Who told me that there was a old man who lived in one of the top floor apartments who was close to death and needed help passing over.

I asked her to show me. We both went to meet him and tell him that we were there for him. He passed over and I went back outside to the harbor front.

Whilst there I looked at the sea and saw that the sea was withdrawing which I knew meant a storm or tsunami was coming. The sky turned dark and a storm was raising. I looked around and shouted at people to run to high ground. I tried running and felt a tremendous weight on my chest which turned into a full-blown astma attack. I fell over and hit the ground unable to move, feeling as if I had taken my last breath, I woke up from the dream in bed to feel that I was actually having real issues breathing and I needed to wake up to get out of the attack.

I stayed awake for 5 minutes until the attack went away and slipped back immediately into the dream and the situation that I was in before I woke up. The asthma attack continued, I was still on the floor shouting at people running past to help. A young lady stopped and handed me her own Asthma inhaler, which she had been using herself. I took the inhaler and used it. I felt relief and thanked the young lady. I got up from the floor and looked as other people were struggling to breathe. I helped them by letting them use the young lady's inhaler. I noticed that the sea level was rising and that the storm was rising so I told people to go to the higher level apartments. I aimed towards the old man's apartment which was on the top floor, but we struggled to get to it.

I woke up still feeling the physical effects of the dream, with my breathing still difficult and my body feeling like it had ran a few miles.

I got out of bed and checked the news. It seems there had been six people die and over 8000 people hospitalized by a storm in Melbourne, Australia. One of the six people who died was a young 21 year old girl. She was the same girl who handed me her inhaler. http://www.nzherald.co.nz/world/news/article.cfm?c_id=2&objectid=11753282
