Without warning, I was above myself, viewing myself from directly above. I stayed looking towards the ground, but could feel myself being pulled upwards by what felt like my diaphragm. I remained calm and aware somehow. As I continued to be pulled upwards, I saw the entirety of the bakery, then the building, then the greater area including the Naval Base. I saw the coastline and then the country. As I saw earth, I had this realization come over me that I was being pulled towards a black hole. Earth shrunk slightly.  As I tried to consciously turn my perspective around without force, I was 'zoomed' back down into my body.  I was still holding the bread in one hand and a bag in the other. There were no witnesses of my behavior when this happened, even though I had this feeling it was no longer than a second.  Although, it felt about ten minutes to me.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes     Did not view my consciousness twice removed. All I was knew that was actually me was the pulling from my diaphragm

I tried to turn to look around and ended up back in my body
