While my Daughter was still in her teens (about 3 1/2 years ago) and raising HECK I had the following Dream;

     Dreamt I was watching things through my daughters eyes while she was out one night with her friends.  They were driving around and were at a specific intersection that I new well and traveled often when they were slammed into by another vehicle.

*** I remember seeing the exact intersection where the fender-bender took place in my dream/obe and the direction the car she was in was facing.  I refrained from saying anything to my daughter about it for about a week or so hoping she would tell me about it on her own...but you know how some troubled teens can be she didn't tell me at all.  The other reason I didn't mention it right away is because my father has a bit of a gift as well and his gift with mine have freaked her out on more than one occasion.  So finally a week went by and I decided to ask her about it.  I asked her if she was in a minor car wreck recently and named the area of the intersection in which it took place.  She got really pail and started to cry instantly and asked me how I knew did someone call me and tell me...I paused for a second and said no..."I saw it about a week ago."  She started to shake and got mad at me again for "once again freaking her out with the "paranormal"", then she fessed up and told me yes she did have a minor car wreck with her friends about a week ago and it was at that very intersection.  I then told her what direction their car was facing and she said yes it was facing that way.  She then said "I can't get away with anything with you around can I?"  I replied "yes, there isn't much that I don't find out about one way or the other but would have preffered if you'd told me about it...I waited a week for you to tell me."  She was not happy with me to say the least.  

I just want all who read this to remember this gift/curse affects not only those that have it but those around them and not always in a "good" way.   I haven't had any "major" dreams/obe's for awhile now and have no control it seems over when or what happens with them.  I would like to learn how to control them better and maybe have them more often, it may be of help sometimes but as with all things in life there are just certain things you cannot control.  I have had more luck controling my OBE's but haven't "practiced/tried" in a while.

 At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?         Uncertain            Mildly but I didn't feel threatened felt scared for my daughter.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   yes

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes     Felt as tho I was seeing the incident thro someone elses eyes.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            Fear for my daughter.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           yes heard and felt other car slam into car my daughter was in.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?    Yes            Was an intersection of road I often traveled. And was verified by my daughter that that was the location of accident.

Did you see a light?           Yes     other car lights and stop light.

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes     Saw some of the people she was with in the car.

 Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?     Yes     All was verified by my daughter a week later when I confronted her.

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?          Yes            seemed the same as usual.

 Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?   Yes            Self explanitory here...found out about an incident I was not physically at.

 Did you become aware of future events?      Uncertain      not future but obe happened at same time of incident.

 Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         Yes     Both before during and After I have always had "dreams/obe's" or Psychic dreams.

 How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       My Daughter gets a little freaked out when I have these experiences that happen to involve her.

 Have you shared this experience with others?        Yes     Fear from my Daughter and a bit of anger that in her words "I can't get away with anything with you, can I?"  Understanding from others whom I've told.

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  Fear for my daughter and excersizing patients hoping she would tell me about it rather than me going to her about it.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      Worst=experiencing the accident, I did get bumped around a bit and the fear of all others in car.

Best=Finding out about what happened and Knowing my daughter was ok.
