I was in a room with someone else and took a powerful hit off of a crack pipe, when I came to I was in a dark place that proceeded downwards, I could not see myself but I know it was me just by the feelings I had. As I was descending down this tunnel there were beings on either side and they were black or dark and also transparent in color trying to grab at me.  This tunnel was very narrow, the only way you could see these beings was by this great lake of fire and lava at the bottom of the tunnel. I could hear moaning and screams from the lake of fire telling me to go back. I never saw these people, but I could hear what they were telling me.

The next thing I realized was I was back in my body and I scooted all the way back to the wall to try to get away from that reality, because I was that scared. The person I was with told me that I had had a seizure and I was shaking uncontrollably. I have no recollections of that time and did not feel my body shaking or feel any pain in my body. Needless to say, I was so scared of this incident that I quit doing drugs a few days later and was on a plane back to Michigan and never touched drugs again. The meaning of this experience to me was that if I kept living my life this was, this was where I would end up and I heeded God's warning and I cleaned myself up really fast and never, and I mean never, wanted to touch any drugs ever again.

The feeling was so real that I still can see it as if it were yesterday and I don't feel the drugs were the cause of the vision but the consequence of my actions.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? No, I really was shown a vision of hell itself

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           Totally awake and alert I could hear and see everything around me

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   No I was totally aware of my surroundings.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     No response

I was not aware I was not in my body.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           Yes, I heard moaning, wailing and people screaming in pain.

Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?          Yes

            Describe:      It appeared to be very dark and rocky almost like there were cut out in this rocky landscape.

Did you see a light?           Yes

The only light I seen was from the lake of fire and hot lava below.

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes

I did see only the sides of their bodies, like the side of their torsos and a leg and one arm and a hand that was trying to reach or grab at me, they appeared to be in these cut outs of the black rocks. They did not speak to me in any way and I could not see their faces so I don't thing that I knew them.

Did you experience a review of past events in your life?    No

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No

Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?           Yes, I visited hell itself.

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   No, I felt that I was totally awake just as I had been that whole day.

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?    No

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure? Yes

If someone or some special being had not pulled me out of there, I would still be their today.

Did you become aware of future events?       Yes

I don't know how to say this but I get these feelings that I can't explain.  If there is something wrong with my kids or immediate family I get this feeling and I have to call everyone to make sure they are all ok. I got this feeling on day at work that something bad was gong to happen to someone in my family in 1999. So I traced home to make sure everything was ok, I even called my kids school to make sure they were there come to find out it was me that was to be hurt that day. I was involved in a car accident. My boyfriend calls me haunted. Other thing also happen I get messages while I'm sleeping.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         yes as I stated above.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes

I believe in god stronger than I ever have in my whole life.

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       I find myself trying to live more the way the bible says to because I never want to end up in that place ever again.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?         Yes

I learned to deal with my problems without the use of drugs.

Only my family and very close friends. It took my years to talk about it. some believe me, some thing it was just an illusion but I know better.

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  I was and am still scared to death that something will still try to come back and get to take me back there because I escaped from there.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      I learned that if you end your life on your own even if you did not mean to there are consequence to face and they are not pleasant, I have become totally curios and read all I can about these near death experiences because I just wondered if I was the only one to see the not so nice other side and it gives me hope that if I die the right way in which I mean not by my own hand that I hope I go to heaven this time.

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?        It was the worst experience of my life.
