Experience description:

I was disembodied, a spirit, I was above the hospital nursery looking down upon it, I was told telepathically by a being whom I could sense but not see that this is where I was going, I remember being very accepting of what I was told, there was no fear. This memory is as vivid today as when I was an infant, I never told anyone about it. My mother once told me when I was about 10 (we were not religious nor church members) that she had been told by God I was only for he to care for for a period, that I belonged to God, I was on loan so to speak. But I never told my mom about my memory until I was in my 30s, I had been living in the USA for years by this stage. I drew a picture of the hospital nursery from above and showed it to my mother, asking if this is what it looked like? She said 'yes, exactly!' Then I told her of my memory, which did not seem to surprised her, she made no comment, just smiled.

I have other memories and experience's but this is my pre-birth memory, it is a clear now in my mind as it was an infant. I hope you find this interesting. Thank you.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?          No     

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event? Uncertain     It was prior to my birth, my mom had difficult pregnancy. That's all I know.

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?    Very high, crystal clear.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?  No

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?   Yes   

What emotions did you feel during the experience?          Calm sense of knowing.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?         No

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?         No     

Did you see a light?        No     

Did you meet or see any other beings?         Yes    As said previously, I had sense of their being with me, communication was by thought, no sight contact.

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state?         No     

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No     

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different? Yes    No sense of a personal body located in in space and time like earth, a disembodied consciousness.

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  Yes   

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?         No     

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?           No     

Did you become aware of future events?      No     

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience? Uncertain     Things would occasionally happen in my life which I felt other worldly.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?     No     

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?   No

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? Uncertain     I don't see how I can know that, it's been part of me since infancy.

Have you shared this experience with others?       Yes          Not shared with many, but they seemed open minded. They know I'm an engineer type, pragmatic not prone to fantasy so they trust what I say.

What emotions did you experience following your experience? Confusions of a sort, wondering why I was sent here.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?          Leaves many questions in your mind. Gives you a sense of love from beyond.
