I had been advised to go there to ask for the prayer of the brothers. One of the brothers, a deacon, enveloped my head with his both hands, while praying, and I felt a  more and more intense warmth diffuse through my head, until it became such, that at the moment when I believed that I couldn't stand it anymore, a breeze of incredible love invaded me and I KNEW that the God whom I had given my belief to EXISTED REALLY. Then I felt that God was healing me emotionally of a recently failed romance, as if I was made to understand that I was lovable �. I fell backwards WITHOUT HURTING MYSELF (this is what is called the peace of mind, in the charismatic renewal). The next day, during mass, when I went to communion, I saw the host that the priest gave me, turning BRIGHT and like ALIVE.  Since then, I had quite some trials in my life, but I always kept the certitude that God is Love, and loves me totally, and I'm looking for harmonious relationships with people, without any hypocrisy. Before this experience I often had asthma attacks. I didn't have any at all after this!

At the time of your experience was there an associated life-threatening event?   No 

Was the experience difficult to express in words?  Yes      You cannot get to feel this every day.

Nevertheless, it's 32 years since this happened, but it is as if it happened yesterday.

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?         When the heat was so strong that I 'toppled over' as in death, and that's when I was caught by this incredible Love.

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal everyday consciousness and alertness?      More consciousness and alertness than normal    It seemed to me that I was in the real reality.

Did you see an unearthly light?   Yes    I perceived a very white light, as if consisting of pure love, and that didn't hurt the eyes.

Did you seem to encounter a mystical being or presence, or hear an unidentifiable voice?   I encountered a definite being, or a voice clearly of mystical or unearthly origin
At a certain moment, when the deacon addressed me during another prayer, I really perceived that Jesus was speaking to me through him, saying to me: 'The Lord may keep you in purity, give you it's Light, your project shall come true'. At the same time my hands folded all alone, by a power that didn't come from me, and I felt that my face was transfigured by happiness.

But words cannot convey this happiness.

Did you encounter or become aware of any beings who previously lived on earth who are described by name in religions (for example: Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, etc.)?   Yes    I knew deep down inside that it was the presence of Jesus-Christ, or of the Holy Spirit.

A world of unconditional love.

At any time in your life, has anything ever reproduced any part of the experience?   Yes    While on a journey to Italy, some years later, I really sensed God's love even deeper, THROUGH MY BODY.

DESCRIPTION DE L�EXPERIENCE:

C'�tait au sein d'une communaut� religieuse dite 'nouvelle'.

On m'avait conseill� d'y aller pour demander la pri�re des fr�res. L'un des fr�res, diacre, a envelopp� ma t�te de ses deux mains, en priant, et j'ai senti une chaleur de plus en plus intense se diffuser dans ma t�te, jusqu'� devenir telle qu'au moment o� j'ai cru que je ne pourrai plus la supporter, un souffle d'amour inou� m'a envahie et j'ai SU que le Dieu auquel j'avais donn� ma foi EXISTAIT VRAIMENT. J'ai ensuite senti que Dieu me gu�rissait �motionnellement d'un �chec amoureux r�cent, comme si on me faisait comprendre que j'�tais aimable .... Je suis tomb�e en arri�re SANS ME FAIRE MAL (c'est ce que l'on appelle le repos dans l'Esprit, dans le renouveau charismatique). Le lendemain, lors de la messe en allant communier j'ai vu l'hostie que me tendait le pr�tre devenir LUMINEUSE et comme VIVANTE. Depuis j'ai eu bien des �preuves dans ma vie, mais toujours m'est rest�e la certitude que Dieu est Amour, et m'aime toute enti�re, et je recherche des relations harmonieuses avec les gens, sans aucune hypocrisie. Avant cette exp�rience j'avais souvent des crises d'asthme. Je n'en ai plus eu du tout par la suite !

Vous a-t-il sembl� rencontrer un �tre ou une pr�sence �sot�rique, ou bien entendre une voix non identifi�e ?      J�ai rencontr� un �tre pr�cis, ou une voix clairement d�origine �sot�rique ou surnaturelle    � un moment donn�, lorsque le diacre s'est adress� � moi lors d'une autre pri�re, j'ai vraiment per�u que J�sus s'adressait � moi par son interm�diaire, me disant : 'Que le Seigneur te garde dans la puret�, qu'il te donne sa Lumi�re, ton projet se r�alisera'. En m�me temps mes mains se sont jointes toutes seules, par une force qui ne venait pas de moi, et je sentais que mon visage �tait transfigur� par le bonheur.

Mais les mots ne peuvent traduire ce bonheur.
