Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?   Yes    How I came out of my body, the tunnel, light, speed, and specially the sensation how to came back into my body (It was like come out of a mold and coming back to a mold)

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?   I thought I was awake, but I could have been falling sleep

What emotions did you feel during the experience?    fear, could not believe what happened, joy, amazed, confused

Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?    Uncertain    I do not know, but I clearly recall I saw like other planet or outer space like

Did you see a light?    Yes    It was like alight guiding trough what and how I traveled

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?    Yes    I cannot explain in detail- but I think I do- I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attack soon after this experience-  I never related the anxiety to the experience I had,  I thought that my anxiety was cause by life, work, etc..

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?   Uncertain    I do not know if it affected my life.  I often think that I did in an subconscious way that I may or nor be aware

Have you shared this experience with others?    Yes    Only once to a friend.  my friend was amazed.

I recall telling my husband, but he did not pay attention.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?   The best was how I felt coming back to my body.  The worst was the feeling of the speed traveling through the tunnel

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?    I kind of did not think for a long time, but lately I am thinking a lot and would love to have the experience again and be more prepared and to obtain any beneficial knowledge
