Dianne F's Experience
|
Experience description:
I'll
describe two separate experiences during the same one year time period. Both,
while wide awake and not on medications. This questionnaire refers to
experience #1. Early
morning I was waiting at Sky Harbor Airport for my son's arriving flight. I had
coffee and my glasses on sitting front row of where the planes land and looking
out the window at the loading and unloading of luggage. The entire front row of
seats was empty except a man way at the end reading a paper. Suddenly, my
spirit (soul/consciousness) was elsewhere. I was only aware at the time of my
consciousness traveling so fast through a very dark space (tunnel? couldn't
tell, all dark tiny, tiny pinhole of light at the end) and I saw groups of
people (My consciousness was speeding through the darkness) they seemed very
small and were looking up at me going by. I heard their voices and they (both
sides were groups of people) were sooooo happy! It's so good to see you, how
are you, we're glad you're back, etc. The happiness at seeing me was shocking.
I had no idea so many people knew me or even cared that much. I did not
recognize them as they were small and I could not answer them because as I was
trying to reply I was so far away from them I knew they wouldn't hear me. This
went on for awhile. All the people ecstatic and happy and their voices and
happiness to see me. Then, all of the sudden everything seemed to stop. I quit
traveling at the speed of light (or so it felt) and a heard and understood (did
not recognize) very clearly the voice of man. He said to me in a booming and
deep voice very slowly and empathetically "Dianne, thank you. You have no idea
how much you have helped me. You didn't have to do it and you did. You knew
that it would be painful for you when you did do and you did it help me. I will
always remember that. Thank you". Then, I opened my eyes up and I was scared
to death! I didn't know what had happened. Did I fall off the seat? Did I
have a heart attach? I slowly turned to look at the man in the row of seats who
was reading his newspaper and everything was fine and normal. #2 - I was
driving my car with my Mom in it. (No unusual circumstances around this
situation either) I decided to make a U-Turn. As I flipped the car around on
the Right side there was truck barreling out into the street and my Mom and I
knew he was going to crash into the side of my car. At the moment, everything
stopped for a split second (my Mom & both felt it/it stopped/ suspended
animation) and in the flash of an eye we were already in the lane on that street
and there wasn't any truck around to be found. I have no idea what happened
there. The odd thing is: We both saw the truck barreling at us. We both felt
time stop. We both saw the car was in the lane instead of making the turn of
the U-Turn. We both saw there was no truck in sight. #2 was a
definite suspension of time feeling. #2 -
Suspended - everything around us just stopped and we were frozen. #2-
