Experience description:

In adolescence, at the age of 14, I developed a grave anxiety disorder that in ten years left me disabled. It caused me serious physical problems and I was homebound for years. I ended up having frequent hospital stays for heart attacks, and collapses that made me lose consciousness. The loss of consciousness caused many out of body experiences. All those experiences spurred me on to explore the subject. I would like to summarize the most important.

The first experience was brief but very intense. I lay in bed, unconscious. I found myself pushed out of my body forcefully. I was on earth. I saw energy flow across things; I saw colored streams of energy flow across my body. All the colors were very vivid; I felt myself wrapped in an aura of total well-being. I could see my body laid on the bed. Then suddenly I woke up, back in my body.

The second experience a few days later was similar, but this time I got up from my body on the bed. I walked down the stairs and I went into my sister's room. I had a vision of my future and my past. I saw myself a little later as an adult with my current partner whom I didn't yet know at that time. There was a child in my arms. I can say with certainty that it was my current child and my current partner. In the room next door, I found a cot. Inside it a newborn turned and looked at me. I was disturbed at the sight of that image of my baby and I woke in my body.

The following week, during a crisis, I heard a feminine voice call me. I found myself on a stairway in a palace. I descended and went through a door into an extremely large empty room. There was a light, very bright but not glaring. In the center of the room there was a young woman and an old man seated on big chairs. The girl smiled sweetly at me and said to me “Think how much road you have traveled; it has been us who brought you together”. I remained nervous, because I didn't know her, and I didn't know what she was talking about. Then she said to me, “Now you must go. You can't stay here”. She accompanied me to a door and I woke up again. Years later at the home of my current partner, I saw some pictures hanging on the walls and was petrified to see that the two people that I encountered during the experience were the aunt and grandfather of my partner. They were all incredulous.

Another time, it was a very hot summer. I was very bad. I had diverse attacks, and during them I met a person whom I believed to be my guide. I often found myself on the pavement, nearly unconscious. A blond young man called to me, and I managed to raise myself out of my physical body. I was going toward him and he asked if he could help me. He hugged me to himself without speaking, went through a door of light, and left me in a facility, asking a boy to take care of me.

In that facility, I had to descend a stairway and confront some fears. There were some very hostile people who frightened me very much. I needed to find the courage to confront them to access the stairway. I was exhausted. When I woke and collected myself, I felt very worn. I encountered this blond boy at different times. Every time, he put me to a test. One time he told me to stop being an egotist and confront my fears, carrying me in front of a black and turbulent ocean, but I wasn't courageous and didn't throw myself in.

After some months I had a more intense experience. I found myself in Torino at my partner's house. That night it wasn't a pre-death experience. Something had come to take me. I was awake and perfectly conscious, with eyes closed. I tried to get to sleep. I felt a presence grab my legs, pulling them up and down hard. I was surprised. The fear made me feel a sense of defiance, and as if that presence was angry. I began to pull more strongly. Then I had courage. I wanted to see who it was.

I opened my eyes physically, and before me there was a revolving door, like that one sees in films. Inside was black. Strange silver symbols and light from colored lamps revolved all around the room. It was distorted like it was an energetic force field that sucked everything in. This presence enveloped me and made me feel an unconditional love. It was something indescribable a feeling never experienced before that made me burst into tears. I was upset and I didn't want to proceed any more. I asked it to leave me in peace. A wind crossed over me and everything vanished I was seated on a bed, petrified, the following day I couldn't speak. I tried to talk about what happened but I couldn't. as if a cord strangled my throat, only in the late afternoon could I talk. I asked only to return home I didn't want to stay anymore in that room.

Over the years I had diverse out-of-body experiences, and I encountered various dead people and some that I could describe as hostile aliens or demons. I visited futuristic places, and places from the past. Twice I thought I was helped physically. A type of monk made me lie down on a bed of stone and walked over me. I felt a strong energy field cross my umbilical cord and made me feel very light. Various times I met beings and persons with whom I had very particular experiences.

In adolescenza,all'età di 14 anni,ho sviluppato un grave disturbo d'ansia che in 10 anni mi ha reso invalido,provocandomi seri problemi a livello fisico,ho passato anni chiuso in casa finendo spesso in ospedale a causa di attacchi cardiaci e collassi, che mi facevano perdere conoscenza,questo mi ha provocato molte esperienze extracorporee che mi hanno spinto ad approfondire l'argomento,vorrei riassumere le piu importanti,la prima che ho vissuto è stata breve ma molto intensa,steso nel letto,incosciente,mi ritrovo spinto fuori dal mio corpo con molta forza,sono a terra,vedo l'energia scorrere attraverso gli oggetti,vedo flussi colorati di energia attraversare il mio corpo,tutti i colori sono piu vividi,mi sento avvolto in un aura di benessere totale,posso vedere il mio corpo steso sul letto,poi all'improvviso mi risveglio nel mio corpo.

La seconda esperienza è avvenuta pochi giorni dopo,sempre con le stesse modalità,ma questa volta mi alzo dal mio corpo steso nel letto,cammino giu per le scale,entro nella stanza di mia sorella,e qui ho avuto una visione del mio futuro e del mio passato,vedo me stesso un po piu adulto e la mia attuale compagna,che all'epoca non conoscevo,con in braccio un bambino,il bambino mi somiglia molto,oggi posso dire con sicurezza che era il mio attuale bambino e la mia attuale compagna,nella camera a fianco,trovo una culla,all'interno un neonato si volta e mi guarda,rimango sconvolto nel vedere che è il mio ritratto da bambino e mi risveglio nel mio corpo.

Settimane dopo durante una crisi,sento una voce femminile chiamarmi,mi accorgo di trovarmi su una scala di un palazzo,salgo ed entro in una porta, è una grandissima stanza vuota avvolta da una luce molto bianca,ma non fastidiosa,al centro c'è una ragazza e un uomo anziano seduto su una grossa sedia,la ragazza mi sorride dolcemente e mi dice,pensa quanta strada hai fatto,siamo stati noi a farvi incontrare,io rimango stranito, perché non li conosco e non so di cosa parlano,poi mi dice,adesso devi andare,tu non puoi stare qui,mi accompagna ad una porta e mi risveglio,anni dopo,a casa della mia attuale compagna,vidi delle foto appese alla parete,rimasi pietrificato nel vedere che le 2 persone che incontrai durante l'esperienza erano la zia e il nonno della mia compagna,erano tutti increduli.

Poi ci fu un estate molto calda,io stavo molto male,ebbi diversi attacchi,e durante conobbi una persona che credo essere la mia guida,mi ritrovai spesso steso sul pavimento quasi incosciente,un ragazzo biondo mi chiamava,io riuscivo ad alzarmi dal mio corpo fisico,andavo verso di lui,e gli chiedevo di aiutarmi,lui senza parlate mi strinse a se,attraversammo un portale di luce e mi lascio in un centro,chiese a un ragazzo di prendersi cura di me,e in quel centro dovetti salire delle scale e affrontare delle paure,erano persone molto ostili che mi incutevano molto timore,dovevo trovare il coraggio di affrontarle per proseguire la scalinata,fu molto estenuante,quando mi sveglia e mi ripresi,mi senti molto provato,incontrai diverse volte questo ragazzo biondo,e ogni volta mi sottoponeva a prove,una volta mi disse che smettere di essere egoista e affrontare le mie paure,portandomi di fronte ad un oceano nero e mosso,ma non fui coraggioso e non mi buttai dentro.

Dopo diversi mesi ebbi una delle esperienze piu intense,mi trovavo a torino a casa della mia compagna,quella notte non fu un esperienza pre morte,qualcuno è venuto a prendermi,ero sveglio e perfettamente cosciente,con gli occhi chiusi cercavo di addormentarmi,sentii una presenza afferrarmi le gambe,le strattonava su e giu con forza,io fui sorpreso,lo spavento mi fece provare un senso di negazione,e come se quella presenza si fosse arrabbiata, cominciò a tirare piu forte,allora presi coraggio,volevo vedere chi era,aprii fisicamente gli occhi,davanti a me c'era un portale rotondo,come quelli che si vedono nei film,allinterno era nero,e roteavano strani simboli argentati e lampi di luce colorata,tutto intorno alla stanza era distorto,come se ci fosse un forte campo energetico che risucchiava tutto,questa presenza mi avvolse,mi fece provare un amore incondizionato,qualcosa di indescrivibile,un sentimento mai provato prima,che mi fece scoppiare a piangere,ero sconvolto,non volevo piu proseguìre oltre,chiesi di lasciarmi in pace,un vento freddo mi attraversò e tutto svanì,ero seduto sul letto,pietrificato,il giorno seguente non riuscivo a parlare,volevo raccontare l'accaduto,ma non ci riuscivo,come se una corda mi stringeva la gola,solo in tarda serata riusci a parlare,chiesi solo di tornare a casa,non volevo piu stare in quella stanza.

Nel corso degli anni ho avuto diverse esperienze extracorporee e ho incontrato diverse persone defunte e alcune che potrei descrivere come alieni ostili o demoni,ho visitato luoghi futuristici e del passato,2 volte credo di essere stato aiutato fisicamente,una specie di monaco,mi faceva stendere su un letto di pietra,e mi camminava sopra,sentivo di essere attraversato nell'ombelico da una forte energia che mi faceva sentire molto leggero,diverse volte ho incontrato esseri e persone con cui ho avuto esperienze molto particolari,queste sono le esperienze più importanti che ho vissuto,e sono sicuro che in futuro mi attende qualcosa di straordinario,grazie per avermi ascoltato e perdonate gli errori di ortografia e grammatica
