Experience description:

I had these experience since I was a child I experienced hundreds of sleep paralysis, always scared, the only way to stop them was trying to scream.

Like I wrote above, once I realized to be in a room with a friend but in the dark, I was listening to him and I was conscious, I was in Berlin and him in Florence. Then I got other experiences, but I didn't know about these out of body experience.

Once, talking with a friend who is a researcher in a biologist laboratory, he told me that all of my experiences were related to out of body experience, this happened 2 months ago, after that I got a strong one, conscious in bed my body started to vibrate and a loud sound was everywhere, I felt like going really fast inside a void, with at the end a light, no fear, but a beautiful sensation, like I was going somewhere, somehow.

Then I tried to exit my body and I did it, lying down on my bed I found my self on the floor, I thought I was simply on the floor until I felt strange, I realized that everything was different in a way, so I tried to move and tried to go up to my bed, once I touched the bed I touched an harm, it was my harm, then I woke up.

 Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?   No           

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?           Uncertain      the feelings, it was like I already knew it, but not remembering it

 At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?        Uncertain            feeling free, and lot of harmonics coincidence happening

 What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?          conscious on the last 2

            Was the experience dream like in any way?  no

 Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes     no idea, the first time everything was dark, the second one mostly no colors

 What emotions did you feel during the experience?           like being in the state I come from

 Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?          an extremely loud sound

 LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?    Uncertain      first one I was in the company of my friend, I was thinking about him and I realized I was listening to him talking with his partner, second time I was in a void, more a tube, with a light at the end, third time I was in my room, but this time, I was aware to be in my room and I saw my room and me on the bed

 Did you see a light?          Yes     the one at the end of the tube/void

 Did you meet or see any other beings?          No      

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state?            No      

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?    No      

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?         Yes            the one in my friend place, I only heard him and his partner, but everything was dark, the one in the tube/void I felt the speed, I was going really fast, never experienced something like this, the third one in my room, it was a strange feeling another way of moving

 Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  No Response         

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?   Yes            can't describe it, is a feeling        

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?     Yes     the one in my room

 Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?     Uncertain      I feel different, can't describe it in words, it's something new that I'm trying to get clear

 Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?  Yes     calm and curiosity

 How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       everything is flowing much better, like all the choice I make are the right one, peaceful and bright

 Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?       Yes     everything's looking different, no stress at all, I'm helping people around me since ever, but now it's different, it feels like every action I make have a purpose.

What emotions did you experience following your experience?        calm

 What was the best and worst part of your experience?     the best was the fact to be conscious the time I was sliding in this void and I managed to experience it, the worst was the one I found myself out of my body in my room, but I don't like to call it worst, it was strange.

 Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?       I'm curious and I want to go forward with it
