Daniel B's Experience
|
Experience description:
I
remember lying down to sleep, the next the I sensed was I felt a gritty surface
under me, I opened my eyes and was on the ceiling looking down at my prone
body. I was thinking 'cool'. After a moment of so I started moving up thru the
house, seeing plumbing, wood supports, I popped into (as in just moving through)
a spare bedroom. Then to the attic, insulation, wires, then out the roof. I
was moving approx. 5 feet a second, getting higher and higher, so I was nearly
about a thousand feet. When a thought came to me (like out of nowhere, prior I
was content and happy, just calm) and at that moment I started panicking and
thought NO, NO, NO!!!! The next thing that happened I went speeding back the
way I came (the speed was like 500 feet a second) and I awoke in my prone form
on the bed. I have NEVER had another NDE.
At the time of your experience was there an associated life-threatening event?
Uncertain Again, now I have Sleep Apnea, But at that time all was know was I
was a LOUD snorer.
Was
the experience difficult to express in words?
Yes The only way I can put this into words is, I've replayed that moment,
millions of times over and over. Even though I'm writing about it now, for some
reason I feel sad.
At
what time during the experience were you at your highest level of
consciousness and alertness?
when I was floating up I was calm and alert, but not worried in the least.
How
did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience
compare to your normal everyday consciousness and alertness?
More
consciousness and alertness than normal I felt a sense of love, not a care in
the world, seeing the landscape getting smaller, to the point where I thought I
was looking at a map
Please compare your vision during the experience to your everyday vision that
you had immediately prior to the time of the experience.
I
wore glasses (single lens) with 20/200 left eye and 20/40 right and yet I had NO
glasses on and I could see plainly and very sharp and clearly.
Please compare your hearing during the experience to your everyday hearing that
you had immediately prior to the time of the experience.
I
don't remember hearing anything at all.
Did you see or hear any earthly events that were occurring during a time that
your consciousness / awareness was apart from your physical / earthly body?
No
What emotions did you feel during the experience?
At
first, awareness, then calm, happy, at peace with myself. THEN panic, then
nothing since I was back in the body.
Did
you pass into or through a tunnel?
No
Did
you see an unearthly light?
Uncertain I mean it was a nice spring day approaching summer, bright and
sunny, although I never thought of it that way. I guess there could of been a
glow; but I never thought of it.

No
Did you seem to enter some other, unearthly world?
No
I
guess that it seemed if I had continued my journey, I was headed towards
something.
Did time seem to speed up or slow down?
Time
seemed to go faster or slower than usual
I
would have to say slower, for animals and people (neighbors) weren't moving, But
that was not my concern.
Did you suddenly seem to understand everything?
No
Did
you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?
Uncertain
Unless when the decision to go on or to return was a boundary I don't know.
Did you come to a border or point of no return?
I came to a
definite conscious decision to "return" to life
whether it was panic, or just a decision gate. I know that My grandmother was
dying in the hospital. And I felt almost as an after thought, my mother could
not handle another death in the family. And yet this didn't even occur to me
while floating upwards.
Did
scenes from the future come to you?

me, I don't know.
How
accurately do you remember the experience in comparison to other life events
that occurred around the time of the experience?

Slight changes in my life
Did you have any changes in your values or beliefs after the experience that
occurred as a result of the experience?
Yes I am aware of lives of learning the lessons in life so I won't have to
come to this cesspool. And yet, I now feel that the dead are among us in the
same dimension set apart of us at a higher frequency.
Do you have any psychic, non-ordinary or other special gifts after your
experience that you did not have before the experience?
No
But, I seem to have Dj vu; I'll have a dream of a future moment; and
immediately forget it happen, and I won't dream again, until. Whether it's a
few days, a month; but not more than 6 months, I'll at that very instance
remember my dream and realize, that I've been here or at least dreamt I was
there. Then I'm free to have another dj vu dream. I would have to say the
earliest instance, I know of starting around age 12.
