Conan M's Experience
|
Experience description:
Had very vivid dream
that I was lying on the side of a gravel country road with a white t-shirt on.
I was injured but not sure why- I tried to examine myself to see what was
working and what wasn't. I could not sit up because of very painful trauma to
my abdomen. I had begun to realize that because I could not sit up I was in
very serious trouble and was pretty sure I was going to die. I started to panic
and kept saying over and over that I was too young to die and this can't be
happening. Next thing I remember I was hovering, looking down on myself lying
on the ground- the panic had washed away and I felt at peace and completely
calm. At this point I woke up and was very shaken by the power of this dream.
It was a Saturday
morning and as I was lying there contemplating this dream that I had just had
the phone rang. It was my mom calling me to tell me she had some bad news. My
cousin was killed overnight in a one car accident in the middle of nowhere in
Arizona- he had fallen asleep at the wheel, hit a tree and was ejected. Died on
the side of the road. I was stunned at the coincidence.
