Bonnie D's Experience
|
Experience description:
As I was training a group of clients on computer software, I became aware of watching the class from the back corner of the ceiling. When I asked myself (the one on the ceiling), "If I'm up here, how can I be down there talking?", I became alarmed that whatever I was saying couldn't possibly make sense. The panic led me immediately back into my body with the consciousness of the me from the ceiling. I had to guess at where to continue the training b/c I had no recollection of what I had previously been saying. I looked around suspiciously to see if anyone had realized something weird just happened, but they didn't seem to notice so I continued with the training.
