Experience description:

    First, I had a very unusual precursor to the event. I was contemplating leaving my wife for another woman who was named Wendy. My wife and  were taking our granddaughter Victoria to Barnes and Noble so that I could read to her when I had Victoria go pick out a book. She selected a book called "The Witch who was afraid of other Witches." Lo and behold the main characters in the book were Wendy and Roger. A 1 in a billion coincidence? I think not! The story line actually played out in my life.

    I was driving down Cajon Pass going to work. Glancing at my Tundra's clock the time was about 8:30 AM. With no warning I was instantaneously situated in what I can only describe as open space most likely in some other dimension. I had no body but my mind was fully aware of all surroundings. A being that was not visible to me spoke to me, saying he was my master and that if I accepted an apprenticeship it would last several million earth years but that I would learn many powers. I would describe my state of mind as terrified. Trying to control my emotions, I asked several questions telepathically. I was told that life as I knew it as well as time and size were merely orientations set up by a creator. Our known universe as well as numerous others merely inverted themselves over trillions of years. While I didn't see them I was aware of numerous other beings all of which were total strangers.    I did ask about the future specifically of the United States. The weapon that would defeat America was mind control and it would enable a single government to run the Earth.

  Getting back to myself, I was a mind without a body, able to see hear and think. Apparently all reality is alive at some orientation and this next stage of life involves a great deal of learning. It was definitely not warm and fuzzy as religions describe heaven. In fact it took every bit of focus and concentration to let this master know that I truly wanted to go back to my simple existence on Earth! The sensation that brought me back was one of going through a winding spiral and suddenly I was back sitting in my Tundra at the bottom of the Cajon Pass. I felt a great sense of relief. While I had spend considerable time perhaps several hours away from reality, my clock had not moved at all! I often wonder had I stayed where I was, how would my physical body have been found. The bottom line is that there are many more questions than answers in my experience.

 Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? No      

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          No      

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?    I was wide awake throughout. In fact one of the realities I experienced was that there was no requirement for rest.

 How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal every day consciousness and alertness?    More consciousness and alertness than normal

 If your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience was different from your normal every day consciousness and alertness, please explain:            I was wide awake throughout. In fact one of the realities I experienced was that there was no requirement for rest.

 Did your vision differ in any way from your normal, everyday vision (in any aspect, such as clarity, field of vision, colors, brightness, depth perception degree of solidness/transparency of objects, etc.)?  Yes     Besides a 360 degree field of vision I could discern on different scales, actually able to look at smaller than subatomic as well as seeing many universes composed in turn of galaxies.

 Did your hearing differ in any way from your normal, everyday hearing (in any aspect, such as clarity, ability to recognize source of sound, pitch, loudness, etc.)?
            Uncertain      Was very clear but not sure if it differed from what I am used to.

 Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes

 What emotions did you feel during the experience?            Was scared. I hate losing control of myself!

 Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?          Yes     My return journey seemed to be through a spiral tunnel. The initial experience was quite instantaneous.

 Did you see a light?           Uncertain      No single light. I saw more of existence than any science fiction writer ever imagined. I could see many points of light.

 Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes     The one who introduced himself as my master or mentor. I was able to communicate freely with him telepathically. I heard many other voices so there was quite a collection of beings!

 Did you experience a review of past events in your life?    Uncertain      The experience left many more questions than it answered. Knowing that life goes on certainly is important, but people are in for a serious surprise if they are expecting a warm and fuzzy sequel i.e. heaven. What comes next is an incredibly long and difficult learning process!

 Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          Yes     The political landscape of the world will change rather rapidly in short order

 Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?            Yes     There are literally billions of diverse habitable planets just in our known universe and you can multiply that figure exponentially with all the other universes!

 Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   Yes     Time is merely an orientation of sequencing and size is likewise an illusion. Each universe inverts itself from what seems a very small subatomic scale to a cosmic one

 Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?     Yes     Our current level is a very primitive stage followed by stages of learning. This really dos not conflict with religious beliefs because the more knowledge we attain the more we can appreciate our creator!

 Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure? No      

Did you become aware of future events?       Yes            Accurate with precision

 Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience?     No      

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes     Shared immediately with my spouse, other relatives later on.

 Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience?    No      

How did you view the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:            Experience was definitely real    I really do not know why it happened but in a scientific sense I imagine our minds are somehow connected to other realities I have no idea how we can deal with energies that are not oriented to the speed of light!

 Were there one or several parts of the experience especially meaningful or significant to you?            Probably the most interesting aspect of what happened is that I was wide awake and everything that occurred was as clear as sitting at a table for dinner!

 How do you currently view the reality of your experience:            Experience was definitely real            Challenges of every day life have allowed me to put this experience on the backburner.

 Have your relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience?           No      

Have your religious beliefs/practices changed specifically as a result of your experience?            Yes     Specifically it will take a great deal more knowledge to even begin to appreciate our creator!

 Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?         Yes     I have had a much keener psychic awareness as a result of my experience which is probably the only after effect

 Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?        What happened to me cannot be totally unique so I am hoping to find out that other people had like experiences.

 Did the questions asked and information you provided so far accurately and comprehensively describe your experience?         Uncertain      My experience was not caused by some physical trauma so it does not classify with most of your NDEs.
