I returned to my body shortly.

Later during the night I experienced a similar experience twice, but only remember seeing the shelves and the lamp, floating above my body and then returning.

In another time during that night, when I got out of my body, I concentrated on getting myself to the house of a certain person I have feelings for, as I once read in a website that it is possible to project myself... Suddenly I found myself in his bedroom. I do not remember many images... except for the image of his wife lying in bed, and his hand encircling her naked lower stomach. It only lasted seconds and then I returned to my body.

Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?     No

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Yes

The experience is very subjectively perceived... it cannot be explained into words because it is so individual, the feelings you feel in your body and soul during it... it also depends on how open you are to it!

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          No

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           Very alert and conscious

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   Yes, I felt 'fuzzy', I couldn't completely control it and my vision was blurry.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Uncertain

I did not see myself... It was though as if I was intangible, since I could go through walls.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            I felt exhilaration and happiness at succeeding so easily to get out of my body. I felt a little bit of fear because I couldn't control the situation entirely and did not know what was happening at all times.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           Not that I can remember

I think the light was a real one, from my night lamp on my table.

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes

They were a man I have various feelings for and his wife, sleeping in their bedroom. Nothing was communicated, I felt unnoticed.

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? Yes

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          Uncertain

The people in the room were asleep, and in any case I wouldn't be able to ask them if they saw or felt me enter or tell them about my experience because it would be highly inappropriate.

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?          Yes

Yes, they were different. My vision was blurred, my hearing I'm uncertain about, and also I'm not sure about my sensory sense.

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   Yes

Time was completely different, can't even explain it... and space was different as well, I could go through walls and my house appeared different.

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?    No

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?             Yes

I went through walls, I believe, but not sure because I was moving backwards.

Did you become aware of future events?       Uncertain

I do not know what the images viewed in the bedroom I visited represent.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       No

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         No

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes

I now have more belief in myself that I can go further with OBEs and astral projections!
