Experience description:

The out of body experienced occurred pretty much in the same pattern beginning in my office either in the morning or afternoon.  For some reason I remember looking up at the ceiling or fixating upon it.  While looking up or what it felt like I was being guide to do I would enter into a dark space accelerating forward in a quick rush to a dark room. This was the same beginning each time I came to this room or what it felt like as a room. More a pitch black basement because I sensed I was enclosed though no walls were visible. In the the pitch dark I could not see my physical body in the darkness nor feel it. It felt as though I was just my two eyeballs. Stationary yet floating. The eyes were connected to my conscious because I was very confused the first moments having no idea what was occurring. Time seemed obsolete as I sat there facing forward confused as to why I was there. Then I started to be forced every so often to glance over to my left peripherally and look at what can be described as a mannequins bust that was outlined in something that looked like the material used in wonder woman's invisible jet. It was clear but glowed and shined.  It sat about 11 o'clock and it was always in the same position each time I was taken to this room. It sat just a little above eye level.  I started almost immediately to attach myself to the silhouette and the message was sent to me that this was me and yet my conscious was the unattached set of eyes.  I'd look at the silhouette and desperately try and connect to it or with it to feel any sort of comfort or association but I couldn't. I saw my marriage and hitting home runs yet I could recreate the feelings from those moments. It wasn't me anymore or so I was being forced to accept. Very terrifying the first few sessions as not being able to connect feeling with thought was very uncomfortable but eventually fear of being in that room with myself who I was being removed from became less and towards the end the silhouette and I would sit in peace and I could now glance over in wonderment as to why this was occurring. The evening of the final session I was once again brought swiftly into a dark void of space but this time the void began to illuminate with clusters of lights as I again moved rapidly forward. As I did what seemed to be waves of understanding and programming flowed into my conscious. Each covered the different content of the spiritual pillars and allowed for a complete change in perspective and awareness. At the end I became stationary and from above a stream of glowing golden light came down into my head. No fear in the moment as the light was soft and loving. Allowing. Though no out of body has been experienced since, the 5th dimensional out of this world experiences continue to amaze and I'm very grateful for the ability have connected with something much greater.
